煤礦巷道快速掘進(jìn)中支護(hù)工藝研究

【摘要】:一直以來(lái)影響煤礦開(kāi)采效率與作業(yè)人員安全的主要問(wèn)題主要為煤礦采掘中的臨時(shí)支護(hù)問(wèn)題。不合理的煤礦井下支護(hù)極大程度上地威脅了作業(yè)人員與設(shè)備的安全,對(duì)煤礦礦井的安全高效生產(chǎn)造成了很大影響。究其根本是由于現(xiàn)有的支護(hù)工藝與掘進(jìn)工藝并不匹配。因此有必要對(duì)支護(hù)工藝進(jìn)行改進(jìn)以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)有的掘進(jìn)工藝,而支護(hù)工藝的改進(jìn)主要是通過(guò)對(duì)支護(hù)裝備的設(shè)計(jì)要求來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。根據(jù)煤礦巷道的地質(zhì)條件以及掘進(jìn)條件,形成對(duì)支護(hù)設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)以及零部件一系列的支護(hù)要求,從而對(duì)支護(hù)工藝進(jìn)行改進(jìn)以達(dá)到適應(yīng)掘進(jìn)工藝,提高井下作業(yè)效率,保證煤礦井下作業(yè)安全的目的。根據(jù)現(xiàn)有掘進(jìn)工藝與支護(hù)工藝的不足之處,分析了現(xiàn)有的掘進(jìn)工藝與支護(hù)工藝,指出了現(xiàn)有臨時(shí)支護(hù)設(shè)備的缺點(diǎn)。提出了一種適應(yīng)現(xiàn)有掘進(jìn)工藝的新型跨機(jī)式臨時(shí)支護(hù)設(shè)備,并對(duì)設(shè)備的整體結(jié)構(gòu)與各零部件提出了一系列的設(shè)計(jì)要求。根據(jù)煤礦開(kāi)采現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)臨時(shí)支護(hù)設(shè)備的整體結(jié)構(gòu)、各組成零部件以及動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了較為具體的分析與選型以適應(yīng)現(xiàn)有的掘進(jìn)要求。確定了臨時(shí)支護(hù)設(shè)備整體結(jié)構(gòu)以及各組成部件的基本參數(shù),根據(jù)彈性力學(xué)理論建立了巷道頂板靜力學(xué)和動(dòng)力學(xué)的模型并對(duì)臨時(shí)支護(hù)設(shè)備進(jìn)行了井下實(shí)際作業(yè)情況的受力分析與結(jié)構(gòu)自身的受力驗(yàn)算。利用機(jī)械模擬軟件建立了新型臨時(shí)支護(hù)設(shè)備的模型,并且對(duì)模型的主要受力構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了應(yīng)力應(yīng)變數(shù)值模擬分析,對(duì)受力構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度和剛度的校核,為未來(lái)工業(yè)化設(shè)計(jì)的可行性提供了強(qiáng)有力的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The main problems affecting the efficiency of coal mining and the safety of workers are the temporary support in coal mining. Unreasonable underground support greatly threatens the safety of workers and equipment, and has a great impact on the safe and efficient production of coal mines. The fundamental reason is that the existing supporting technology and tunneling technology do not match. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the support technology to adapt to the existing tunneling technology, and the improvement of the support technology is mainly achieved through the design requirements of the supporting equipment. According to the geological condition and tunneling condition of coal mine roadway, a series of support requirements for supporting equipment structure and parts are formed, and the supporting technology is improved in order to adapt to the tunneling technology and improve the efficiency of underground operation. The purpose of ensuring the safety of underground operation in coal mine. According to the shortcomings of the existing tunneling technology and supporting technology, the existing tunneling technology and supporting technology are analyzed, and the shortcomings of the existing temporary supporting equipment are pointed out. In this paper, a new type of temporary support equipment is proposed, which is suitable for the existing tunneling technology, and a series of design requirements for the whole structure of the equipment and the parts and components are put forward. According to the present situation of coal mining, the whole structure, components and power system of temporary support equipment are analyzed and selected in order to meet the requirements of the existing excavation. The whole structure of temporary support equipment and the basic parameters of each component are determined. Based on the theory of elastic mechanics, the statics and dynamics models of roadway roof are established, and the stress analysis of the temporary supporting equipment and the checking calculation of the structure itself are carried out. The model of new temporary support equipment is established by using mechanical simulation software, and the stress and strain numerical simulation analysis of the main force member of the model is carried out, and the strength and stiffness of the stress member are checked. It provides a strong theoretical basis for the feasibility of industrial design in the future.
