【摘要】：為了遠(yuǎn)距離操控煤礦井下坑道鉆機(jī),針對(duì)PLC系統(tǒng)的體積和質(zhì)量較大、不便于攜帶的缺點(diǎn),利用單片機(jī)對(duì)該遠(yuǎn)程節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。該節(jié)點(diǎn)以STM32微控制器為核心,采用CAN通信方式。介紹了節(jié)點(diǎn)的組成、兩種不同類型開關(guān)以及模擬量的處理電路、CAN接口電路,軟件采用狀態(tài)機(jī)、數(shù)字濾波進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),最后通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的正確性。將該裝置應(yīng)用到坑道鉆機(jī)中,使用結(jié)果表明,節(jié)點(diǎn)獲取的數(shù)據(jù)正確、傳輸穩(wěn)定,而且體積小。
[Abstract]:In order to remotely control the underground tunnel drill in coal mine, the remote node is designed by single chip microcomputer in view of the large volume and quality of the PLC system and its inconvenient to carry. The node takes STM32 microcontroller as the core and adopts CAN communication mode. This paper introduces the composition of nodes, two different types of switches and the can interface circuit of analog signal processing circuit. The software is designed by state machine and digital filter. Finally, the correctness of the node design is verified by experiments. The results show that the data acquired by the node is correct, the transmission is stable and the volume is small.
