【摘要】:采用熱重分析法(TG)和研究阿爾及利亞Tamazarte高嶺土的熱分解動力學(xué)。差熱分析(DTA)和TG實驗在室溫~1400°C下進(jìn)行,加熱速率為10~40°C/min。采用JMA和Ligero法由等溫處理測得的活化能,以及采用OFW和KAS法由非等溫處理測得的活化能,分別約為151和144 kJ/mol。采用非等溫處理確定的生長形貌Avrami參數(shù)約為1.57,而采用等溫處理時該值約為1.35。數(shù)值因數(shù)與晶體生長的維度有關(guān),采用Matusita方程確定的值為1.53。采用等溫處理時,計算得到的頻率因子為1.55×10~7s~(-1)。結(jié)果表明,塊體形核之后伴隨偏高嶺土的三維生長,偏高嶺土具有受擴(kuò)散控制的多面體結(jié)構(gòu),以一定數(shù)量的晶核開始生長。
[Abstract]:Thermogravimetric analysis (TG) was used to study the thermal decomposition kinetics of Tamazarte kaolin in Algeria. The differential thermal analysis (DTA) and TG experiments were carried out at room temperature at 1400 擄C at the heating rate of 1040 擄C / min. The activation energy measured by isothermal treatment by JMA and Ligero and by non-isothermal treatment by OFW and KAS is about 151 and 144 KJ / mol, respectively. The Avrami parameter of growth morphology determined by non-isothermal treatment is about 1.57, and that of isothermal treatment is about 1.35. The numerical factor is related to the dimension of crystal growth, and the value determined by Matusita equation is 1.53. The frequency factor calculated by isothermal treatment is 1.55 脳 10 ~ (7) ~ (-1) ~ (-1) ~ (-1). The results show that the bulk nucleation is followed by the three-dimensional growth of metakaolin, which has a polyhedron structure controlled by diffusion and begins to grow with a certain number of crystal nuclei.
