采煤機行走機構(gòu)齒軌輪嚙合特性分析研究

【摘要】:采煤機行走機構(gòu)齒軌輪與布置在刮板輸送機槽幫上的銷軌相嚙合,實現(xiàn)采煤機沿工作面的移動與換向,是行走機構(gòu)的重要執(zhí)行元件。由于井下復(fù)雜的工況條件,導(dǎo)致齒軌輪行走過程因磨損、齒面塑變和輪齒折斷等失效而必須停機更換,嚴重影響了采煤機的生產(chǎn)效率。本文針對這一突出問題,對齒軌輪與銷軌的實際工況的嚙合特性進行了分析;建立了 147mm節(jié)距兩種不同齒形齒廓齒軌輪與銷軌嚙合的幾何模型和有限元模型,通過仿真分析,得出不同齒形齒廓對齒軌輪壽命的影響結(jié)果。論文完成的主要工作如下:(1)分析研究了齒軌輪失效的形式和原因,得出導(dǎo)致齒軌輪失效的主要原因是齒軌輪與銷軌的嚙合存在變中心距和變節(jié)距的問題;(2)通過對齒軌輪與銷軌過渡處9種實際工況的嚙合分析,找出最易發(fā)生齒軌輪失效的極限工況;(3)建立了進口和國產(chǎn)兩種齒形參數(shù)的齒軌輪與銷軌嚙合的幾何模型和有限元模型,并對其極限工況、標準工況分別進行了仿真分析;(4)對比兩種齒形參數(shù)齒軌輪仿真結(jié)果表明:進口齒軌輪較國產(chǎn)齒軌輪單齒嚙合所受接觸應(yīng)力和彎曲應(yīng)力小,嚙合過程平穩(wěn)、波動小,且嚙合位置比較好;按進口齒形進行改進后的國產(chǎn)齒軌輪的試驗結(jié)果表明,其耐磨性及抗斷齒能力均有所增強。
[Abstract]:The gear rail wheel of the shearer's walking mechanism meshing with the pin rail arranged on the side of the scraper conveyer, which realizes the movement and direction change of the shearer along the working face, is an important executive element of the walking mechanism. Because of the complicated working conditions in the underground, it is necessary to stop and replace the gear rail wheel due to wear, tooth surface plastic deformation and gear tooth fracture, which seriously affects the production efficiency of the shearer. Aiming at this outstanding problem, the meshing characteristics of the gear rail wheel and the pin rail are analyzed in this paper, the geometric model and the finite element model of the engagement between the gear rail wheel and the pin rail with two different tooth profiles with 147mm pitch are established, and the simulation analysis is carried out. The effect of different tooth profile on the life of gear rail wheel is obtained. The main work accomplished in this paper is as follows: (1) the form and cause of gear wheel failure are analyzed and studied. It is concluded that the main reason for the failure of the gear rail wheel is that the meshing between the gear rail wheel and the pin rail exists the problem of variable center distance and variable pitch distance. Through the meshing analysis of 9 actual working conditions in the transition between the gear rail wheel and the pin rail, The geometric model and finite element model of the engagement between the gear rail wheel and the pin rail with imported and domestic tooth profile parameters are established, and the limit working conditions of the gear rail wheel are analyzed. The simulation results show that the contact stress and bending stress of the imported gear are smaller than that of the domestic gear, and the meshing process is stable and fluctuating. The experimental results show that the wear resistance and tooth breaking resistance of the domestic gear rail wheel improved according to the imported tooth profile are improved.
