【摘要】：隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅速發(fā)展,以及各行業(yè)不斷的變革更新,企業(yè)的財務(wù)狀況開始引起國家越來越多的關(guān)注。在市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,企業(yè)的經(jīng)營環(huán)境不僅復(fù)雜而且存在很大的不確定性,加之,企業(yè)之間的競爭日趨激烈,所以,企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理上存在的問題就會顯露出來。因此,對企業(yè)進(jìn)行財務(wù)分析就顯得尤為重要,通過進(jìn)行財務(wù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決企業(yè)存在的問題。本論文首先闡述了財務(wù)分析與評價的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及相關(guān)理論綜述,對財務(wù)分析的理論、主要內(nèi)容和目的等方面進(jìn)行了研究,確定了財務(wù)分析的基礎(chǔ)、方法,為文章提供了理論支持。其次,以陜西煤業(yè)股份有限公司為研究對象,根據(jù)該公司所處的行業(yè)、公司過去的發(fā)展情況和目前狀況以及公司未來的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,以該公司2013年至2015年的財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對公司的財務(wù)狀況質(zhì)量與財務(wù)能力進(jìn)行分析,并且運(yùn)用杜邦分析法對公司進(jìn)行綜合財務(wù)分析。最后,通過上述一系列分析,找出該公司在經(jīng)營和管理上存在的一些問題,針對存在的問題,結(jié)合企業(yè)目前的經(jīng)營情況,為公司提出合理可行的建議,同時,可以為同行業(yè)其他企業(yè)的經(jīng)營管理者起到借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy and the constant innovation of various industries, the financial situation of enterprises has begun to attract more and more attention. Under the condition of market economy, the management environment of enterprises is not only complicated but also has great uncertainty. In addition, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, so the problems in the production and management of enterprises will be revealed. Therefore, the financial analysis of enterprises is particularly important, through financial analysis to find and solve the problems existing in enterprises. In this paper, the current situation of financial analysis and evaluation at home and abroad and related theories are reviewed, the theory, main content and purpose of financial analysis are studied, and the foundation and method of financial analysis are determined. It provides theoretical support for the article. Secondly, taking Shaanxi Coal Industry Co., Ltd. as the research object, based on the company's financial data from 2013 to 2015, according to the industry in which the company is located, the company's past development and current situation and the company's future development strategy. The financial quality and financial ability of the company are analyzed, and the comprehensive financial analysis of the company is carried out by DuPont analysis. Finally, through the above series of analysis, find out some problems in the management and management of the company, in view of the existing problems, combined with the current operating situation of the enterprise, put forward reasonable and feasible suggestions for the company, at the same time, It can serve as a reference for the managers of other enterprises in the same industry.
