高壓檢測系統(tǒng)中低壓儀表保護閥設計分析

【摘要】:礦用液壓閥與立柱、千斤頂?shù)仍考夹枰M行高壓與低壓密封性能試驗。為了提高檢測過程自動化水平,減少人為干預試驗過程引起的操作失誤,設計出可以自動切換低壓與高壓檢測回路的低壓儀表保護閥。該閥可以設定保護壓力,低壓與高壓情況下密封可靠,結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。并對設計過程的分析計算作了解釋和說明。
[Abstract]:Hydraulic valves, columns, jacks and other components need to carry out high-pressure and low-pressure sealing performance tests. In order to improve the automation level of the test process and reduce the operation errors caused by human intervention, a low-pressure instrument protection valve which can automatically switch the low-voltage and high-pressure detection circuits was designed. The valve can set protection pressure, low pressure and high pressure sealing reliable, compact structure. The analysis and calculation of the design process are explained and explained.
