鑫源礦業(yè)黃金尾礦分離長(zhǎng)石試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:尾礦是礦業(yè)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中對(duì)環(huán)境造成污染的重要來(lái)源,尾礦的綜合利用受到國(guó)內(nèi)外的重視。本論文對(duì)遼寧鑫源礦業(yè)黃金尾礦進(jìn)行了工藝礦物學(xué)研究,得知尾礦主要礦物為長(zhǎng)石、石英,脈石礦物包含云母、黃鐵礦、黃銅礦、磁鐵礦等。通過(guò)磨礦方式對(duì)比試驗(yàn),探討了鋼球磨礦和鋼棒磨礦兩種磨礦方式下兩者的磨礦效率,并通過(guò)流程試驗(yàn)確定了磨礦時(shí)間為2.5min,-0.074mm占55.59%時(shí)為最佳。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本論文進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)室選礦試驗(yàn)研究,得出較滿意的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,為企業(yè)尾礦利用提供一定的理論依據(jù)。實(shí)驗(yàn)室選礦試驗(yàn)對(duì)該尾礦進(jìn)行了選擇性磨礦、脫泥、云母反浮選、浮磁除鐵、長(zhǎng)石和石英浮選分離聯(lián)合工藝流程,在確定球磨磨礦制度后,采用Φ150 mm水力旋流器進(jìn)行脫泥試驗(yàn),底流進(jìn)行云母反浮選試驗(yàn),得到長(zhǎng)石浮選精礦鐵含量為1.51%。并通過(guò)“浮-磁”聯(lián)合除鐵工藝,最終磁選精礦鐵含量為0.15%,除鐵效果較好。長(zhǎng)石和石英的浮選分離試驗(yàn)在酸性條件下進(jìn)行,采用配比為1:4的陰陽(yáng)離子混合捕收劑,經(jīng)一次選別得到產(chǎn)率為35.56%的長(zhǎng)石精礦,其中K_20含量為8.86%,Na_2O含量為2.83%,鉀鈉含量為11.69%。為提高尾礦的利用率,進(jìn)行了掃選試驗(yàn),可得到產(chǎn)率為42.33%的長(zhǎng)石精礦,其中K_20含量為8.64%,Na_20含量為2.71%,鉀鈉含量為11.35%,鐵含量為0.15%,并對(duì)長(zhǎng)石精礦進(jìn)行了燒白試驗(yàn),產(chǎn)品燒白結(jié)果為66.42,滿足部分行業(yè)對(duì)長(zhǎng)石產(chǎn)品的要求。
[Abstract]:Tailings are an important source of environmental pollution in the mining production process, and the comprehensive utilization of tailings has been paid attention to at home and abroad. In this paper, the technological mineralogy of gold tailings of Xinyuan mining industry in Liaoning Province is studied. It is found that the main minerals of the tailings are feldspar, quartz, gangue minerals including mica, pyrite, chalcopyrite, magnetite and so on. The grinding efficiency of steel ball grinding and steel bar grinding is discussed by contrast test of grinding methods, and the best grinding time is found to be 2.5 min-0.074 mm to 55.59 mm by flow test. On this basis, this paper has carried on the laboratory mineral processing experiment research, obtains the satisfied test result, provides certain theoretical basis for the enterprise tailings utilization. The combined process of selective grinding, desliming, mica reverse flotation, floating magnetic iron removal, feldspar and quartz flotation separation was carried out on the tailings in laboratory. After determining the ball mill grinding system, a 桅 150mm hydrocyclone was used for desliming test. The iron content of feldspar flotation concentrate is 1.5 1. The final iron content of magnetic concentrate is 0.15, and the effect of iron removal is better. The flotation separation test of feldspar and quartz was carried out under acidic conditions. The feldspar concentrate with a yield of 35.56% was obtained by single separation with a mixture collector of anion and anion at 1:4. The content of K 20 was 8.86% and the content of Na 2O was 2.83%, and the content of potassium and sodium was 11.69%. In order to improve the utilization rate of tailings, the feldspar concentrate with a yield of 42.33% was obtained, in which the content of K20 was 8.64 and the content of Na20 was 2.71, the content of potassium and sodium was 11.35 and the content of iron was 0.15.The calcination test of feldspar concentrate was carried out. The result of burning is 66.42, which meets the requirements of some industries for feldspar products.
