厚煤層下分層綜放開采冒放性研究

【摘要】:為研究活雞兔井12煤層復(fù)合區(qū)下分層綜放開采可行性,其關(guān)鍵因素是頂煤冒放性判定。通過對(duì)活雞兔井12煤層復(fù)合區(qū)下分層開采技術(shù)條件、地質(zhì)條件類比、數(shù)值模擬等進(jìn)行分析。首先從影響綜放工作面冒放性的主要因素進(jìn)行分析,包括煤層強(qiáng)度、煤體的完整性、煤層結(jié)構(gòu)、頂板巖性與厚度、開采工藝等,進(jìn)而采用類比與數(shù)值模擬手段進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,得出活雞兔井12煤層下分層頂煤冒放性屬于Ⅱ—Ⅲ類,可以采用綜放工藝開采。為神東礦區(qū)淺埋特厚堅(jiān)硬煤層綜放開采可行性提供理論依據(jù)支持,也為神東以及國內(nèi)其他礦區(qū)類似條件煤層開采提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to study the feasibility of fully mechanized top-coal caving mining under the compound area of No. 12 coal seam in Huojijiu well, the key factor is to judge the caving ability of top coal. The technical conditions of stratified mining, the analogy of geological conditions and numerical simulation under the compound area of No. 12 coal seam in Huojiyu well are analyzed. Firstly, the main factors affecting caving ability of fully mechanized caving face are analyzed, including coal seam strength, coal body integrity, coal seam structure, roof lithology and thickness, mining technology, etc. It is concluded that the caving property of top-coal caving under 12 coal seam in Huojiyu well belongs to class 鈪,
