基于阻尼板的帶式輸送機斷帶保護(hù)的可行性研究

【摘要】:目前帶式輸送機被廣泛的應(yīng)用于各個生產(chǎn)生活領(lǐng)域。但由于各種因素經(jīng)常會引起輸送帶的斷裂,導(dǎo)致斷帶事故的發(fā)生,造成嚴(yán)重的財產(chǎn)損失和人員的傷亡。因此為了降低斷帶事故發(fā)生后造成的損失,需要不斷的開發(fā)研究新的斷帶保護(hù)裝置。本文對阻尼板的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),確定阻尼板的垂直安裝位置,分析斷帶后輸送帶的運行情況并對槽形阻尼板斷帶防滑的可行性進(jìn)行研究。設(shè)計中考慮到輸送帶有一定的剛度,因而將輸送帶作為復(fù)雜梁進(jìn)行處理研究,建立其力學(xué)模型。通過分析得出阻尼板的長度、寬度、厚度和槽形角。對阻尼板的強度進(jìn)行驗證,從而確定阻尼板的結(jié)構(gòu)。利用UG軟件建立帶式輸送機的三維模型,通過數(shù)據(jù)接口把模型導(dǎo)入ANSYS Workbench軟件,進(jìn)行工作載荷下的有限元分析。對比有限元分析的結(jié)果得出影響輸送帶垂度的因素,為確定阻尼板的垂直安裝位置提供理論依據(jù)。分析Maxwell、Kelvin、三元件固體粘彈性模型的優(yōu)缺點,確立輸送帶的粘彈性模型。根據(jù)帶的粘彈性模型建立帶式輸送機整機的動力學(xué)模型。利用Matlab軟件進(jìn)行斷帶過程的仿真,分析輸送帶的運行過程,為阻尼板防滑的可行性研究做準(zhǔn)備。計算確立阻尼板的最優(yōu)安裝數(shù)目,運用RecurDyn軟件進(jìn)行動力學(xué)仿真分析。對比不同工況下槽形阻尼板的斷帶保護(hù)效果,確定槽形阻尼板防滑的可行性。本文為以后阻尼板的研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)和設(shè)計方法。為以后阻尼板的進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)和研究提供了參考。
[Abstract]:At present, the belt conveyor is widely used in every field of production and life. But because of various factors, it often causes the fracture of the conveyor belt, causing the occurrence of broken belt accidents, causing serious property loss and casualties. Therefore, in order to reduce the loss caused by the broken belt accident, it is necessary to develop and study the new belt protection suit constantly. In this paper, the structure of the damping plate is improved, the vertical installation position of the damping plate is determined, the operation situation of the conveyer belt after the broken belt is analyzed and the feasibility of the anti slip of the slot type damping plate is studied. In the design, the conveyer belt is considered as a complex beam, and the mechanical model is established. Through the analysis of the length, width, thickness and groove angle of the damping plate, the strength of the damping plate is verified, and the structure of the damping plate is determined. The three-dimensional model of the belt conveyor is established by UG software. The model is introduced into the ANSYS Workbench software through the data interface, and the finite element analysis under the working load is carried out. The result is the factors that influence the sag of the conveyer belt to provide a theoretical basis for determining the vertical installation position of the damping plate. The advantages and disadvantages of the Maxwell, Kelvin, three element solid viscoelastic model are analyzed, and the viscoelastic model of the conveyor belt is established. The dynamic model of the whole belt conveyor is established according to the viscoelastic model of the belt. The Matlab software is used to break the model. With the simulation of the process, the operation process of the conveyor belt is analyzed, and the feasibility study of the damping plate is prepared. The optimum installation number of the damping plate is calculated, and the dynamic simulation analysis is carried out by RecurDyn software. The protective effect of the slot type damping plate under different working conditions is compared, and the feasibility of the anti slip of the slot type damping plate is determined. The study of post damping plate provides a theoretical basis and design method, which provides a reference for further improvement and research of damping plates.
