【摘要】：露天礦多標(biāo)段外包剝離工程在實際生產(chǎn)過程中存在剝離標(biāo)段和排土標(biāo)段的劃分方案、運輸系統(tǒng)布置、貨流規(guī)劃等不合理技術(shù)和經(jīng)濟問題,影響著露天礦的經(jīng)濟效益,解決這些問題可以避免設(shè)備在工作中的盲目性,提高設(shè)備工作效率,降低運輸費用,實現(xiàn)露天礦運輸?shù)暮侠硇�、高效性、科學(xué)性和經(jīng)濟性,達(dá)到提高露天礦經(jīng)濟效益的目的。論文以寶日希勒露天礦多標(biāo)段外包剝離的實際情況為研究對象,分析了影響剝離標(biāo)段和排土標(biāo)段劃分的主要因素,采用層次分析法確定了剝離標(biāo)段和排土標(biāo)段的劃分方案,布置了運輸系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖,然后運用運籌學(xué)的方法對剝離物的流量和流向進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化研究,對寶日希勒露天礦多標(biāo)段外包剝離工程計劃方案進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化。論文的研究成果在寶日希勒露天礦得到了應(yīng)用,不僅取得了良好的經(jīng)濟效益,而且取得了非常好的社會效益,為其他露天礦多標(biāo)段外包剝離工程計劃優(yōu)化的研究提供了依據(jù)和參考。
[Abstract]:There are some unreasonable technical and economic problems such as division scheme of stripping section and draining section, arrangement of transportation system, cargo flow planning and so on in the actual production process of outsourced stripping project in open-pit mine, which affects the economic benefit of open-pit mine.Solving these problems can avoid the blindness of equipment in work, improve the efficiency of equipment work, reduce the transportation cost, realize the rationality, high efficiency, science and economy of open pit mine transportation, and achieve the purpose of improving the economic benefit of open pit mine.In this paper, the actual situation of outsourced stripping of multi-segment in Baolishil opencast mine is taken as the research object, the main factors affecting the division of stripping and soil disposal are analyzed, and the division scheme of stripping and draining is determined by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP).The network diagram of transportation system is arranged, and the flow and flow direction of the strip are optimized by the method of operation research, and the project plan of multi-segment outsourced stripping in Baoli Shiller opencast mine is optimized.The research results of this paper have been applied in Baoli Shiller opencast mine, which has not only achieved good economic benefits, but also achieved very good social benefits.It provides the basis and reference for the optimization of the outsourced stripping project in other open pit mines.
