減振孔對爆破振動(dòng)的影響規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:為了研究爆破地震波在傳播過程中遇到減振孔時(shí)的速度變化特征,根據(jù)其變化特征設(shè)置合理的孔排距,提高減振孔的減振效果,在減振孔兩側(cè)布置測點(diǎn),對減振孔兩側(cè)分別監(jiān)測和兩側(cè)同時(shí)監(jiān)測做對比試驗(yàn),并對其監(jiān)測結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:沿傳播方向上,在爆源和減振孔之間,各向速度呈先減小后增大,在減振孔和保護(hù)對象之間,各向震動(dòng)速度呈現(xiàn)先增大后減小,而且爆破地震波傳播到減振孔之后,經(jīng)過減振孔后的各向震動(dòng)速度大于經(jīng)過前的震動(dòng)速度;爆破地震波傳播遇到減振孔后其頻率急劇增大,可有效防止被保護(hù)物發(fā)生共振,同時(shí)加快爆破地震波能量衰減速率,減弱到達(dá)被保護(hù)物時(shí)的破壞能量;為了提高減振孔的減振效果,對于孔徑為90mm的減振孔,當(dāng)孔距為25cm時(shí),排距建議設(shè)置為40~75cm。
[Abstract]:In order to study the velocity variation characteristics of vibration absorption holes encountered during the propagation of blasting seismic waves, reasonable hole spacing is set according to the variation characteristics, and the damping effect of the damping holes is improved, and the measuring points are arranged on both sides of the damping holes. Contrastive tests were made on both sides of the damping hole and simultaneous monitoring on both sides, and the monitoring results were analyzed. The results show that, in the direction of propagation, the velocity of each direction between the explosion source and the damping hole decreases first and then increases. Between the damping hole and the object of protection, the vibration velocity of each direction increases first and then decreases, and after the blasting seismic wave propagates to the damping hole, the vibration velocity of each direction after passing through the damping hole is larger than that before passing. The frequency of blasting seismic wave increases sharply after it meets the damping hole, which can effectively prevent the protected object from resonance, at the same time, accelerate the energy attenuation rate of blasting seismic wave, and weaken the damage energy when it reaches the protected object. In order to improve the damping effect of the damping hole, for the damping hole with the aperture of 90 mm, when the distance of the hole is 25 cm, the distance between the holes is suggested to be 4075 cm.
