陜西郭家河煤業(yè)有限公司選煤廠汽車快速定量裝車系統(tǒng)研究與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:郭家河煤礦礦井設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)模500萬噸/年,系統(tǒng)配套能力可達(dá)800萬噸/年,煤炭產(chǎn)品外運(yùn)前期完全依靠汽車,后期采用火車與汽車兩種運(yùn)輸方式并存。礦井設(shè)計(jì)中,針對(duì)郭家河煤礦超大型礦井的運(yùn)量及生態(tài)環(huán)保型礦井的建設(shè)要求,采用何種裝運(yùn)方案最佳成為難點(diǎn)。采用汽車地磅計(jì)量和閘門裝車,裝運(yùn)方式太落后,煤炭不可避免要落地裝運(yùn),嚴(yán)重污染環(huán)境,煤場(chǎng)管理亦將相當(dāng)混亂,與建設(shè)現(xiàn)代化生態(tài)環(huán)保型礦井的要求極不相襯。如何提高汽車裝載技術(shù)與裝備技術(shù)水平是郭家河煤礦急需解決的問題。本論文以解決郭家河煤礦汽車裝運(yùn)難點(diǎn)為選題,根據(jù)實(shí)際將快速定量裝車站的設(shè)計(jì)、建設(shè)、工業(yè)試驗(yàn)等內(nèi)容加以闡述,煤炭汽車發(fā)運(yùn)快速、智能化對(duì)發(fā)展第四代生態(tài)環(huán)保型礦井的建設(shè)意義重大。論文闡述了汽車快速定量裝車站建設(shè)的背景、討論方案、設(shè)計(jì)選型過程、建設(shè)過程、工業(yè)性試驗(yàn)過程,最終從社會(huì)效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益兩個(gè)方面對(duì)國內(nèi)第一座汽車快速定量裝車站的建設(shè)予以肯定,同時(shí)針對(duì)第一次設(shè)計(jì)中存在的問題進(jìn)行了表述,希望在后續(xù)汽車快速定量裝車站的建設(shè)過程中能夠避免,為我國汽車裝車的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The design scale of the coal mine in Guojiahe coal mine is 5 million tons per year, and the supporting capacity of the system can be up to 8 million tons per year. In view of the capacity of super large mine in Guojiahe coal mine and the construction requirements of ecological environmental protection mine, it is difficult to adopt the best loading scheme. It is inevitable that coal will be shipped on the ground, seriously polluting the environment, and the management of the coal yard will be quite chaotic. How to improve the technical level of vehicle loading and equipment is an urgent problem to be solved in Guojiahe Coal Mine. This paper focuses on solving the difficulties of automobile shipment in Guojiahe Coal Mine. According to the actual situation, the design, construction, industrial test and so on of the rapid quantitative loading station will be expounded, and the coal cars will be transported quickly. Intellectualization is of great significance to the development of 4th generation eco-environmental protection mine. This paper expounds the background, discussion scheme, design and selection process, construction process and industrial test process of rapid and quantitative loading station for automobiles. Finally, the construction of the first rapid quantitative loading station of domestic automobile is affirmed from two aspects of social and economic benefits, and the problems existing in the first design are also described. It is hoped that it can be avoided in the construction of rapid quantitative loading station and contribute to the development of automobile loading in our country.
