【摘要】：煤與瓦斯突出已經(jīng)嚴重影響了現(xiàn)代礦井的安全生產(chǎn),而防治它的最有效經(jīng)濟的區(qū)域性措施是進行保護層開采,對此更有必要深入研究。本文以淮南礦業(yè)有限責任公司望峰崗謝一礦被保護層B8為研究對象,采用現(xiàn)場考察結(jié)合理論分析及數(shù)值模擬分析的方法,主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)保護層開采后附近的應(yīng)力場、位移場、瓦斯壓力場及瓦斯流動理論分析本文依據(jù)保護層開采固氣耦合模型建立所涉及的理論知識,結(jié)合COMSOL軟件具體的模塊應(yīng)用中的方程對這些基本理論、基本公式進行了介紹和分析,并推導(dǎo)了固氣耦合中幾個重要變量之間的關(guān)系表達式。(2)保護層開采后數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果分析在理論分析與數(shù)值模擬的基礎(chǔ)上,建立煤巖體變形與瓦斯流動的固氣耦合模型,利用COMSOL5.0軟件對瓦斯流動進行了模擬,分析了被保護層B8的應(yīng)力場、位移場及瓦斯運移規(guī)律,以及其中氣固耦合的變量參數(shù)-體積應(yīng)變與孔隙率的變化規(guī)律。同時模擬了保護層開采時加入鉆孔抽采的情況,對比分析未加鉆孔抽采時瓦斯壓力場及被保護層B8瓦斯壓力的變化。根據(jù)煤層法向膨脹變形量可得數(shù)值模擬沿傾向與沿走向的卸壓角,這對實際現(xiàn)場鉆孔抽采具有指導(dǎo)意義。(3)上保護層開采現(xiàn)場測試本文以望峰崗謝一礦為研究點,B9b煤層為上保護層開采,其下方B8煤層為被保護層。介紹了瓦斯壓力與瓦斯含量的測量方法與過程,觀測了煤層開采過程中煤瓦斯壓力和瓦斯含量的變化規(guī)律,確定了卸壓角,并與模擬所得卸壓角進行對比分析。
[Abstract]:Coal and gas outbursts have seriously affected the safety of modern mines, and the most effective regional measures to prevent them are the exploitation of protective layers. In this paper, the protected layer B8 of Wangfeng GangXie No. 1 Mine of Huainan Mining Co., Ltd. is taken as the research object, and the method of field investigation combined with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation analysis is adopted. The main research contents are as follows: (1) the theory of stress field, displacement field, gas pressure field and gas flow around the protection layer mining is analyzed in this paper. These basic theories and formulas are introduced and analyzed in combination with the equations in the application of specific modules of COMSOL software. The relation expression between several important variables in the solid-gas coupling is derived. The numerical simulation results of the protection layer after mining are analyzed. On the basis of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, a solid-gas coupling model of coal and rock mass deformation and gas flow is established. The gas flow is simulated by COMSOL5.0 software, and the stress field, displacement field and gas migration law of protected layer B8 are analyzed. The variation law of variable parameter, volume strain and porosity of gas-solid coupling is also simulated. The change of gas pressure field and B8 gas pressure in protected bed during undrilled mining is analyzed. According to the normal expansion deformation of coal seam, the pressure relief angle along the inclination and along the strike can be obtained numerically. This paper takes Wangfeng GangXie 1 coal mine as the research point and takes B9b coal seam as the upper protective layer mining. The B8 coal seam below the coal seam is a protected bed. The measuring method and process of gas pressure and gas content are introduced, the variation law of coal gas pressure and gas content in coal seam mining process is observed, and the pressure relief angle is determined. The pressure relief angle obtained by simulation is compared with that obtained by simulation.
