鐵離子和鉛離子對白鎢礦與石英浮選的影響及機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:通過浮選試驗(yàn)和浮選溶液化學(xué)計(jì)算研究了鐵離子和鉛離子對白鎢礦與石英浮選的影響。結(jié)果表明,油酸鈉捕收劑時(shí),在pH=6~10范圍內(nèi)鉛離子對白鎢礦與石英浮選的影響較小,而鐵離子對石英的活化能力明顯強(qiáng)于白鎢礦,不利于白鎢礦與石英的分離;當(dāng)pH=10~11.0時(shí),鉛離子和鐵離子對白鎢礦與石英可浮性的影響逐漸減弱;當(dāng)pH=11.0時(shí)鉛離子對白鎢礦有抑制劑作用,不利于白鎢礦與石英分離,而鐵離子基本不影響白鎢礦與石英的浮選分離。浮選溶液化學(xué)計(jì)算表明,Fe(OH)_3(S)與油酸鈉反應(yīng)所對應(yīng)的pH范圍決定了白鎢礦與石英被活化的pH區(qū)間,而Pb~(2+)離子、Pb(OH)~+離子以及Pb(OH)_2(S)則是鉛離子活化白鎢礦和石英的主要原因。
[Abstract]:The effect of iron ion and lead ion on the flotation of scheelite and quartz was studied by flotation test and chemical calculation of flotation solution. The results showed that the lead ion had little effect on the flotation of scheelite and quartz in the range of pH=6~10 when the collector of sodium oleate was used. The activation ability of iron ions to quartz is obviously stronger than that of scheelite, which is not conducive to the separation of scheelite from quartz, and the effect of lead ion and iron ion on the floatability of scheelite and quartz decreases gradually when pH=10~11.0 occurs. When pH=11.0, lead ion has inhibitor effect on scheelite, which is unfavorable to separation of scheelite from quartz. The flotation separation of scheelite and quartz was not affected by iron ions. The chemical calculation of flotation solution showed that the pH range corresponding to the reaction of Scheelite with sodium oleate determined the pH range of the activation of scheelite and quartz, and the chemical calculation of flotation solution showed that the pH range of the reaction between Scheelite and quartz was determined by the pH range corresponding to the reaction with sodium oleate. The Pb~(2 ion, PbOH ~ +, and PBO / OHH ~ + S) are the main reasons for the activation of scheelite and quartz by lead ions.
