畢節(jié)市煤礦回采巷道錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)研究

【摘要】:畢節(jié)市主要含煤地層為上二疊統(tǒng)龍?zhí)督M,絕大多數(shù)煤礦煤層直接頂板和直接底板均有較薄的泥巖,老頂和老底以粉砂巖居多,地質(zhì)條件與黔西縣泰來鄉(xiāng)境內(nèi)的A礦相似。本文以畢節(jié)市近年來頂板事故頻發(fā)為背景,以黔西縣泰來鄉(xiāng)境內(nèi)的A礦井下回采巷道支護(hù)改革取得的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)為依托,在充分分析A礦支護(hù)改革前后對比、現(xiàn)有錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)的基礎(chǔ)上提出了錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)優(yōu)于棚式支護(hù),根據(jù)現(xiàn)場頂板離層監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)等資料分析了A礦所采用的支護(hù)方案較為合理,在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用FLAC3D計(jì)算機(jī)軟件對原錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,并進(jìn)行了圍巖應(yīng)力和巷道位移量的分析,通過調(diào)整錨桿間排距、數(shù)量及長度,得出最優(yōu)的錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)方案。根據(jù)A礦井下回采巷道支護(hù)改革的工程實(shí)踐表明,采用錨網(wǎng)支護(hù),明顯優(yōu)于棚式支護(hù)。在頂板管理方面,每年節(jié)約60萬元的巷道維護(hù)費(fèi);在巷道掘進(jìn)速度方面,每年多掘進(jìn)巷道工程量約500m;在安全方面,采用錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)后,有效地控制了巷道的變形,掘進(jìn)和回采期間未發(fā)生過冒頂和片幫事故。根據(jù)A礦回采巷道頂板離層等方面的數(shù)據(jù)分析,分析煤礦所采用的支護(hù)參數(shù)較為合理,能有效控制巷道變形,有效遏制巷道冒頂、片幫事故的發(fā)生。采用FLAC3D計(jì)算機(jī)軟件對A礦1903運(yùn)輸巷錨桿支護(hù)方案進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,得出原支護(hù)方案巷道變形量均在安全范疇。通過調(diào)整錨桿間排距、長度及數(shù)量,利用FLAC3D軟件數(shù)值模擬分析,得出最佳的巷道支護(hù)方案。優(yōu)化后巷道在頂板、左幫和右?guī)偷确矫娴闹ёo(hù)效果顯著。畢節(jié)市作為主要產(chǎn)煤市,近年來煤礦企業(yè)在畢節(jié)工業(yè)強(qiáng)市中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,但據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),畢節(jié)市范圍內(nèi)僅有1/3的煤礦在回采巷道采用了錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)。實(shí)踐證明,支護(hù)效果均較好,實(shí)施錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)后的煤礦近年來頂板事故基本為零。為有效遏制煤巷頂板事故及片幫事故的發(fā)生,確保職工生命財(cái)產(chǎn)安全,實(shí)現(xiàn)畢節(jié)市煤礦高產(chǎn)、高效、健康發(fā)展,在煤礦井下回采巷道推廣使用錨網(wǎng)支護(hù)是必要的。
[Abstract]:The main coal-bearing strata in Bijie city are the Upper Permian Longtan formation. Most coal seams have thin mudstone on the direct roof and the direct floor, and siltstone is the majority of the main roof and bottom. The geological conditions are similar to mine A in Tailai Township, Qianxi County. This paper is based on the frequent roof accidents in recent years in Bijie City and on the successful experience of the underground mining roadway support reform in A Mine in Tailai Township, Qianxi County. On the basis of fully analyzing the contrast before and after the reform of A mine support, the paper puts forward that the bolting net support is superior to the shed type support, and according to the monitoring data of the roof separation layer, the supporting scheme adopted in A mine is more reasonable. On this basis, the original bolt-mesh support scheme is numerically simulated by using FLAC3D computer software, and the surrounding rock stress and roadway displacement are analyzed. According to the engineering practice of mining roadway support reform under mine A, the bolting net support is obviously superior to shed type support. In roof management, 600,000 yuan of roadway maintenance fee is saved every year. In the aspect of roadway driving speed, the amount of roadway engineering is about 500m per year. In safety, the deformation of roadway is effectively controlled by bolting and mesh support. There has been no roof fall or roof accident during excavation and mining. According to the data analysis of roof separation of roadway in A mine, the supporting parameters used in coal mine are reasonable, which can effectively control the deformation of roadway and control the roof fall of roadway. Numerical simulation of bolt support scheme in 1903 transport roadway of A mine is carried out by using FLAC3D software. It is concluded that the deformation of the original support scheme is in the safe category. By adjusting the spacing, length and quantity of bolt, the roadway deformation of the original support scheme is in the safe category. By using the numerical simulation analysis of FLAC3D software, the best roadway support scheme is obtained. The support effect of the optimized roadway is remarkable in the aspects of roof, left side and right side, etc. Bijie City is the main coal producing city. In recent years, coal mining enterprises have played an important role in Bijie industrial strong city, but according to statistics, only 1/3 coal mines in Bijie city have adopted bolt-mesh support in mining roadway. The roof accidents of coal mine after bolting and mesh supporting are basically zero in recent years. In order to effectively curb the occurrence of roof accidents and side accidents in coal roadways, ensure the safety of workers' lives and property, and realize the high yield, high efficiency and healthy development of coal mines in Bijie City, It is necessary to popularize the use of bolting and mesh support in underground mining roadways.
