大傾角“三軟”厚煤層旋轉(zhuǎn)段綜采工藝研究

【摘要】:“三軟”煤層開(kāi)采中出現(xiàn)的煤壁片幫、支架鉆底、頂板冒落等重大危害,至今仍制約著“三軟”煤層的安全高效開(kāi)采。尤其是在近距離采空區(qū)下進(jìn)行旋轉(zhuǎn)回采時(shí),由于回采巷道和周?chē)_(kāi)采條件的變化,導(dǎo)致工作面不僅片幫現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,而且頂板冒落現(xiàn)象也經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)。 本文以淮南礦業(yè)集團(tuán)潘北礦12124綜采工作面的旋轉(zhuǎn)開(kāi)采段為工程背景。利用FLAC3D數(shù)值模擬軟件對(duì)所研究的內(nèi)容建立了數(shù)值模型,分析了旋采階段的礦壓特征等問(wèn)題。結(jié)合工作面地質(zhì)條件和機(jī)械設(shè)備的特點(diǎn),對(duì)比分析了工作面實(shí)心和虛心旋采兩種方法在工作面回采過(guò)程中對(duì)設(shè)備和頂板控制的影響,確定了虛心旋轉(zhuǎn)開(kāi)采的方法,設(shè)計(jì)了旋轉(zhuǎn)開(kāi)采進(jìn)刀方案。并制定了工作面旋轉(zhuǎn)開(kāi)采時(shí)的操作流程以及工作面設(shè)備管理的方法。為以后類(lèi)似地質(zhì)條件下的煤礦開(kāi)采問(wèn)題提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:The great hazards of coal wall slab, support drilling and roof caving in the mining of "three soft" coal seams still restrict the safe and efficient mining of the "three soft" coal seams, especially in the process of rotary mining under the close goaf. Because of the change of mining conditions in the roadway and surrounding, the phenomenon of not only the roof but also the roof caving often appears in the working face. Based on the rotary mining section of 12124 fully mechanized mining face in Panbei Coal Mine of Huainan Mining Group, a numerical model is established by using FLAC3D software. In this paper, the characteristics of mine pressure in the stage of rotary mining are analyzed. Combined with the geological conditions of the working face and the characteristics of the mechanical equipment, the influence of the two methods of solid and open rotary mining on the control of the equipment and the roof in the mining process of the working face is compared and analyzed. The method of open-center rotary mining is determined. The feed scheme of rotary mining is designed, and the operation flow and the management method of working face equipment are worked out, which provides some references for the mining problems under similar geological conditions in the future.
