高鋁煤矸石復(fù)合活化及其火山灰效應(yīng)分析

【摘要】:采用膠砂強(qiáng)度法研究了機(jī)械粉磨、煅燒、增鈣煅燒及與化學(xué)活化劑復(fù)合對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古某地高鋁煤矸石活性的激發(fā)效果,并采用SEM,XRD,FTIR分析了不同粉磨時(shí)間、不同煅燒溫度對(duì)高鋁煤矸石內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)變化及其活化效果的影響;以強(qiáng)度活性指數(shù)、火山灰效應(yīng)貢獻(xiàn)率為考察指標(biāo),分析了不同方式活化的高鋁煤矸石的火山灰效應(yīng).結(jié)果表明:單純機(jī)械粉磨對(duì)高鋁煤矸石的活性有一定的激發(fā)作用,但活化效果有限;煅燒對(duì)高鋁煤矸石活性有明顯的激發(fā)作用,其最佳煅燒溫度為800℃,此時(shí)高鋁煤矸石水泥膠砂強(qiáng)度活性指數(shù)達(dá)126.5%,火山灰效應(yīng)貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)44.7%;增鈣煅燒可使其強(qiáng)度活性指數(shù)進(jìn)一步提高到142.6%,火山灰效應(yīng)貢獻(xiàn)率提高到50.9%;在增鈣煅燒基礎(chǔ)上摻入0.6%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))的硫酸鈉可使其28d抗壓強(qiáng)度達(dá)到78.9MPa,強(qiáng)度活性指數(shù)達(dá)到157.0%,火山灰效應(yīng)貢獻(xiàn)率達(dá)到55.5%.
[Abstract]:Study on the mechanical grinding, calcination, calcination with calcium and activation effect and chemical activator compound in Inner Mongolia province high aluminum coal gangue activity by mortar strength method, and using SEM, XRD, FTIR analysis of different grinding time and different calcination temperature on the internal structure of high aluminum coal gangue changes and the effect of activation on; the strength activity index, volcano ash effect contribution rate as the study index, analyzes the effect of different ways of activated volcano ash high aluminum coal gangue. The results showed that has some stimulating effect on the activity of simple mechanical grinding of high aluminum coal gangue, but the activation effect is limited; calcination were induced obviously on the high aluminum coal gangue activity the best, the calcination temperature is 800 DEG C, the high aluminum coal gangue cement mortar strength activity index was 126.5%, the contribution rate of 44.7% volcano ash effect; calcination with calcium to further improve the strength activity index To 142.6%, the contribution rate of pozzolanic effect increased to 50.9%. On the basis of calcium calcination, 0.6% (mass fraction) of sodium sulfate could be added to 28d, the compressive strength of 78.9MPa reached 157%, and the contribution rate of pozzolanic effect reached 55.5%..
