水稻細菌性褐條病菌(Acidovorax oryzae)分泌系統(tǒng)相關基因的毒力鑒定及對其生物防治策略的研究

水稻細菌性褐條病(BBS)是由種傳細菌Acidovorax oryzae(Ao)所引起,屬于革蘭氏陰性菌,對世界范圍內(nèi)的水稻生產(chǎn)造成了嚴重的經(jīng)濟損失。傳統(tǒng)的防治方法對該種傳病害的防治效果較為有限。植物病原細菌分泌的效應蛋白在感染宿主植物的過程中發(fā)揮重要作用,從分泌系統(tǒng)的角度來闡明Ao的致病機制,不僅有利于對該病害進行有效的防控,而且對抗性育種也很有幫助。例如利用天然拮抗微生物和生物合成的納米顆粒等基于生物防治的植物保護方法,對BBS的防治中有可能替代傳統(tǒng)的化學防治手段。生物防治具有天然、無污染、高效率和特異性等好處,使其成為控制植物細菌病害的重要候選。有趣的是,Ao菌株RS-1的全基因組分析已經(jīng)鑒定出大量分泌系統(tǒng)相關基因,我們課題組最近的研究表明T6SS和T4SS基因在Ao菌株RS-2的毒力方面發(fā)揮作用。然而,Ⅲ型分泌系統(tǒng)(T3SS)基因簇的基因在Ao菌株RS-2中的作用尚未研究。因此,對菌株RS-2的T3SS基因的研究為揭示水稻BBS病害的致病機制提供了基礎;并且耐鹽性根際細菌和生物銀納米粒子也為該水稻病害的防治提供了新的選擇;谶@些問題,本研究項目開展了一系列研究工作,為水稻BB...
