蘇云金芽胞桿菌MEP代謝途徑相關(guān)基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控研究

蘇云金芽胞桿菌(Bacillus thuringensis,Bt),是一種革蘭氏陽性細菌,在生成芽胞的同時還產(chǎn)生對多種農(nóng)林害蟲有殺蟲活性的伴胞晶體,是應(yīng)用最廣的微生物殺蟲劑。萜類化合物廣泛分布在生物界,是重要的生命物質(zhì)。目前發(fā)現(xiàn)有兩條萜類化合物的生物合成途徑,即甲羥戊酸(MVA)途徑和2-甲基-D-赤蘚糖醇-4-磷酸(MEP)途徑。Bt中有8個基因編碼MEP代謝途徑相關(guān)的酶,本文對這些基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄調(diào)控進行研究。主要取得了如下結(jié)果:生物信息學(xué)分析發(fā)現(xiàn),Bt中有8個基因編碼MEP代謝途徑相關(guān)的酶,它們是:dxs基因(HD734479)編碼1-脫氧-D-木酮糖-5-磷酸合酶,dxr基因(HD733605/dxr1和HD734104/dxr2)編碼1-脫氧-D-木酮糖-5-磷酸還原異構(gòu)酶,ispD(HD730085)基因編碼2-C-甲基-D-赤蘚醇-4-磷酸胞苷轉(zhuǎn)移酶,ispE(HD730043)基因編碼4-胞啶-2-C-甲基-D-赤蘚醇激酶,ispF(HD7300...
