【摘要】：核恢復(fù)基因Rf6是紅蓮型雜交水稻特有的新恢復(fù)基因,為了尋找更多具有Rf6恢復(fù)基因的種質(zhì),以擴(kuò)展紅蓮型雜交水稻的恢復(fù)系來源,組配更多優(yōu)良雜交品系,利用Rf6及其等位基因的序列差異,開發(fā)Rf6基因的功能標(biāo)記,并利用該標(biāo)記對中國水稻微核心種質(zhì)進(jìn)行PCR擴(kuò)增,篩選具有Rf6恢復(fù)基因的種質(zhì)。結(jié)果表明,在324 bp插入片段(Rf6較其等位基因插入324 bp)兩側(cè)設(shè)計引物(正向引物:5'-ATGACAAGAGGACCAGCGATGCAATGG-3',反向引物:5'-ATTCTTGCAGAGATAGACCATGAGCGTG-3'),利用該引物可擴(kuò)增出條帶清晰且無雜帶的差異片段,可用于Rf6基因的鑒定。利用該標(biāo)記在197份中國水稻微核心種質(zhì)中篩選出22份具有Rf6恢復(fù)基因的種質(zhì),可為拓寬紅蓮型雜交水稻的恢復(fù)系來源提供材料。
[Abstract]:The nuclear restorer gene Rf6 is a unique new restorer gene in red lotus hybrid rice. In order to find more collections with Rf6 restoring gene, to expand the source of restorer lines of red lotus hybrid rice, and to combine more excellent hybrid lines, the nuclear restorer gene Rf6 is a unique new restorer gene in red lotus hybrid rice (Oryza sativa L.).
