基因工程菌生產(chǎn)氨基酸的研究進展

【摘要】:利用基因工程菌合成氨基酸是目前氨基酸生產(chǎn)研究的熱點。本研究對基因工程菌生產(chǎn)氨基酸進行分析,為氨基酸工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)提供參考價值。闡述了氨基酸生產(chǎn)存在光學活性和效益差等現(xiàn)狀以及固定化技術(shù)在應用生產(chǎn)中的價值,介紹基因工程定向誘變微生物發(fā)酵生產(chǎn)L-氨基酸的技術(shù),分析基因工程菌培養(yǎng)中存在的問題,并對近些年來利用基因工程菌生產(chǎn)氨基酸的進展進行了綜述。
[Abstract]:The synthesis of amino acids by genetically engineered bacteria is a hot topic in amino acid production. In this study, amino acids produced by genetically engineered bacteria were analyzed, which provided reference value for the industrial production of amino acids. The present situation of amino acid production with poor optical activity and efficiency, and the value of immobilized technology in the application of amino acid production are described. The technology of directed mutagenesis microbial fermentation for production of L- amino acid by genetic engineering is introduced. The problems existing in the cultivation of genetically engineered bacteria were analyzed, and the progress in the production of amino acids by genetically engineered bacteria in recent years was reviewed.
