【摘要】：為研究水曲柳SOC1基因?qū)χ参镩_花的調(diào)控功能,將水曲柳SOC1基因通過農(nóng)桿菌介導(dǎo)法轉(zhuǎn)入模式植物煙草中。利用PCR及Southern雜交法檢測(cè),結(jié)果有10株被確定為轉(zhuǎn)基因植株。利用RT-PCR法對(duì)5株轉(zhuǎn)基因煙草進(jìn)一步分析表明,SOC1基因在3株煙草中表達(dá)。表型分析表明,轉(zhuǎn)基因煙草植株生長較快,葉片窄小,開花時(shí)間提前。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of SOC1 gene of Fraxinus mandshurica on flowering of plants, the SOC1 gene of Fraxinus mandshurica was transferred into tobacco by Agrobacterium tumefaciens. Ten transgenic plants were identified by PCR and Southern hybridization. Further analysis of 5 transgenic tobacco plants by RT-PCR method showed that SOC1 gene was expressed in 3 tobacco plants. Phenotypic analysis showed that transgenic tobacco plants grew faster, their leaves were narrow and flowered earlier.
