【摘要】：近日節(jié)律(circadian rhythm)是指周期約為24小時(shí)的生物節(jié)律。作為一種內(nèi)源性的生物計(jì)時(shí)系統(tǒng),它調(diào)節(jié)動(dòng)物的行為、生理和代謝等多個(gè)過程,從而使其適應(yīng)晝夜環(huán)境變化。哺乳動(dòng)物近日節(jié)律受包括CLOCK在內(nèi)的多個(gè)分子組成的反饋環(huán)路調(diào)控,自身維持節(jié)律性震蕩并受外界環(huán)境光和非光授時(shí)信號(hào)導(dǎo)引,最終輸出信號(hào)調(diào)節(jié)生物學(xué)過程。本文簡(jiǎn)要綜述了小鼠核心鐘基因clock功能的研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:Circadian (circadian rhythm) refers to biological rhythms with a cycle of about 24 hours. As an endogenous biological timing system, it regulates animal behavior, physiology and metabolism, so that it can adapt to the changes of day and night environment. Mammalian circadian rhythm is regulated by a feedback loop composed of several molecules including CLOCK, which maintains rhythmic oscillation and is guided by environmental light and non-light timing signals, and finally outputs signals to regulate biological processes. In this paper, the research progress of clock function of mouse core clock gene is briefly reviewed.
