杜仲預防UVB致人成纖維細胞光老化的作用及基因水平的機制探討

【摘要】:以UVB輻射體外培養(yǎng)的人成纖維細胞,探討了杜仲乙醇提取物乙酸乙酯萃取部分(簡稱杜仲提取物)預防人成纖維細胞光老化的作用,并利用基因芯片對其可能的作用機制進行了探索。實驗結果表明,杜仲提取物可以減少UVB對人成纖維細胞活性的影響,具有較好的預防光老化的作用,且基因芯片結果提示這種防護作用可能與提高細胞的抗氧化、DNA修復、抗凋亡有關,同時可能還具有一定促進細胞增殖和預防黑素細胞瘤的作用。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effects of ethyl acetate extract from ethanol extract of Eucommia ulmoides on the prevention of photoaging of human fibroblasts exposed to UVB radiation were studied. The possible mechanism of its action was explored by using gene chip. The results showed that the extract of Eucommia ulmoides could reduce the effect of UVB on the activity of human fibroblasts, and had a better effect on preventing photoaging. The results of gene chip indicated that the protective effect of Eucommia ulmoides extract might be related to the improvement of antioxidant activity and DNA repair of human fibroblasts. Anti-apoptosis may also promote cell proliferation and prevent melanoma.
