絕經(jīng)前后不同骨密度女性外周血單核細胞基因表達譜分析
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the gene expression profiles of peripheral blood monocytes in premenopausal and premenopausal women with low BMD and high BMD, and to explore the differential diagnosis of PBMC differentially expressed genes in patients with low BMD and high BMD. Methods the original data set of gene chip was downloaded from (National Center of Biotechnology Information,NCBI (National Biotechnology Information Center), a public data platform. R/Bionconductor was used to analyze the original data, and the multiple of difference was 1.5. P05 genes were differentially expressed genes. Medcalc and SPSS software were used to draw the operating characteristic curves of the differentially expressed genes, and to analyze the effect of single gene detection and combined gene detection on the differential diagnosis of low BMD and high BMD population. Results among premenopausal women, 58 differentially expressed genes (18 genes up-regulated, 40 genes down-regulated) were found in peripheral blood mononuclear cells with low BMD and high BMD, and the differential diagnosis of BMD in women with different BMD by FOLR3ITGB3ABOIGHM combined with BMD was more specific. Sensitivity; In postmenopausal women, 75 differentially expressed genes were found in peripheral blood monocytes of low BMD and high BMD groups (21 gene up-regulated, 54 down-regulated), and TACSTD2MMP8LILRA5 combined detection for differential diagnosis of different BMD women had better specificity and sensitivity. Conclusion the gene expression profiles of peripheral blood monocytes in premenopausal and postmenopausal women are different, and the gene expression profiles of peripheral blood monocytes in low BMD group and high BMD group are more significant in postmenopausal women. The differential gene detection of peripheral blood monocytes can improve the differential diagnosis ability of women with different bone mineral density.
