2種非生物脅迫和7種激素對水稻OsAQP基因表達的影響

【摘要】:OsAQP是從cDNA文庫中分離的一種新的水稻水通道蛋白基因,本實驗室前期利用半定量RT-PCR技術(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn)該基因的表達與非生物脅迫、植物激素有關(guān).本文采用qRT-PCR方法,檢測了干旱、高鹽脅迫以及ABA等7種植物激素對OsAQP在幼苗期水稻根和葉中表達的影響,結(jié)果顯示干旱、高鹽以及7種植物激素MeJA,SA,6-BA,GA,IAA,ABA,BR均能不同程度誘導(dǎo)OsAQP基因上調(diào)表達,在根中的誘導(dǎo)上調(diào)水平顯著高于葉,提示該基因功能涉及生長發(fā)育、抗逆應(yīng)答等多種生物學(xué)過程,且與水稻的根的關(guān)系更為密切.
[Abstract]:OsAQP is a new rice aquaporin gene isolated from cDNA library. The expression of this gene was found to be related to abiotic stress and plant hormones by semi-quantitative RT-PCR technique. The effects of seven plant hormones, such as drought, high salt stress and ABA, on the expression of OsAQP in roots and leaves of rice at seedling stage were detected by qRT-PCR method. The results showed that drought, high salt and 7 plant hormones MeJA,SA,6-BA,GA,IAA, ABA,BR could induce up-regulated expression of OsAQP gene in different degree, and the up-regulation level in root was significantly higher than that in leaves, suggesting that the function of OsAQP gene was involved in many biological processes, such as growth and development, stress resistance response and so on, and was more closely related to the root of rice.
