公民認(rèn)識(shí)論視野下我國(guó)轉(zhuǎn)基因食品爭(zhēng)議治理研究
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, scientific disputes come into being, and how to solve them effectively is an urgent problem to be solved. Comparing various research paths to select the citizen epistemology which accords with the comprehensive analysis thought and embodies the multiple participation in the scientific governance model as the analysis dimension, and carries on the thorough research in the light of the current situation of the genetically modified food dispute in our country. This paper analyzes the behavior characteristics and existing problems of the participants in the process of governing disputes in China, tries to summarize the characteristics of the epistemology of Chinese citizens, and provides a reference for the formation of a reasonable scientific governance model of harmonious interaction among the government, experts and the public. The first chapter clarifies the significance, purpose and method of this paper, and analyzes comprehensively how scholars at home and abroad, facing the enormous challenge brought by scientific disputes, seek a response from the angle of scientific governance to solve the problem. The second chapter explores the causes of scientific disputes, highlights the current scientific disputes brought many challenges, facing the challenge is urgent to find an effective scientific governance model to deal with. The third chapter introduces the new ideas of scientific governance under the dimension of citizen epistemology from the perspective of participating subject, and specifically distinguishes the different roles and duties of government, experts and the public in the process of scientific governance. The fourth chapter draws the conclusion that the focus of the dispute is about the safety of transgenic food. The fifth chapter analyzes the scientific governance measures and existing problems in China from the perspective of citizen epistemology, and tries to sum up the characteristics of civil epistemology in the process of governance. To provide theoretical supplement and reference for follow-up research.
