【摘要】：目的探討凋亡抑制基因Livin和Survivin在食管癌中表達(dá)與胸腔鏡下根治術(shù)療效的相關(guān)性。方法該行胸腔鏡根治術(shù)治療的食管癌患者50例,采用免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測(cè)其食管癌組織和癌旁組織中凋亡抑制基因Livin和Survivin的表達(dá),根據(jù)凋亡抑制基因Livin和Survivin表達(dá)情況分析其與患者胸腔鏡下根治術(shù)遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移率、復(fù)發(fā)率、5年生存率的關(guān)系。結(jié)果癌組織凋亡抑制基因Livin和Survivin表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率高于正常的癌旁組織(P0.05);有遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移患者的兩基因表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率高于無(wú)遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移患者,有復(fù)發(fā)患者的兩基因表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率高于無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)患者,≤5年生存率患者的兩基因表達(dá)陽(yáng)性率高于5年的患者(P0.05);凋亡抑制基因Livin和Survivin兩者聯(lián)合評(píng)價(jià)食管癌患者胸腔鏡下根治術(shù)療效敏感性、特異性及準(zhǔn)確性均高于兩基因單獨(dú)評(píng)價(jià)(P0.05)。結(jié)論凋亡抑制基因Livin和Survivin在食管癌中高表達(dá),其與遠(yuǎn)處轉(zhuǎn)移、復(fù)發(fā)及患者5年生存率有關(guān),凋亡抑制基因Livin和Survivin陰性表達(dá)者術(shù)后療效較良好且對(duì)術(shù)后療效判斷具有較高的敏感性、準(zhǔn)確性及特異性。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the expression of Livin and Survivin in esophageal carcinoma and the curative effect of thoracoscopic radical surgery. Methods 50 patients with esophageal carcinoma treated by thoracoscopic radical operation were examined for the expression of apoptosis suppressor gene Livin and Survivin in esophageal carcinoma and adjacent tissues by immunohistochemical method. According to the expression of apoptosis suppressor gene Livin and Survivin, the relationship between the expression of apoptosis suppressor gene and the distant metastasis rate, recurrence rate and 5-year survival rate of patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical surgery was analyzed. Results the positive rate of Livin and Survivin expression in cancer tissues was higher than that in normal tissues (P0.05), the positive rate of Livin and Survivin in patients with distant metastasis was higher than that in patients without distant metastasis, and the positive rate of expression of two genes in patients with recurrence was higher than that in patients without recurrence.
