【摘要】:中國共產(chǎn)黨自建黨以來,逐漸發(fā)展壯大,形成了其獨(dú)有的屬性與特質(zhì),也就是內(nèi)在的紅色基因。這就是:堅(jiān)定信念,艱苦奮斗;犧牲奉獻(xiàn),實(shí)事求是;自力更生,團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作;顧全大局,改革創(chuàng)新;廉潔自律,和平發(fā)展。紅色基因,是一種志存高遠(yuǎn)、高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚的信仰,也是一種堅(jiān)定不移、愛國愛黨的忠誠。紅色基因,是中華民族的精神紐帶,也是中國共產(chǎn)黨人信仰的根本與理想的核心。紅色基因,是孕育、發(fā)展中國共產(chǎn)黨的根本,也是傳承價(jià)值追求、崇高理想、與革命信仰的根本物質(zhì)和信息。中國共產(chǎn)黨極其重視紅色基因的傳承和發(fā)展。在創(chuàng)立之初,中國共產(chǎn)黨就立起紅色旗幟,在開辟革命根據(jù)地的同時(shí),就孕育紅色基因,延安時(shí)期、長征時(shí)期、井岡山時(shí)期等均是我們黨紅色基因傳承和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵歷史節(jié)點(diǎn)。紅色基因的不斷承續(xù)與發(fā)展要追溯到在一九九五年,中國共產(chǎn)黨無畏無懼艱難困苦,克服一個又一個難題,最終取得勝利,為我國作出了巨大歷史貢獻(xiàn)。紅色基因是我黨革命精神的源頭,也是新世紀(jì)增強(qiáng)黨的創(chuàng)新力和提升黨的戰(zhàn)斗力的源泉(1)。傳承好紅色基因是黨的事業(yè)代代傳承、血脈延續(xù)的根本。紅色基因是一種革命精神的傳承。高等學(xué)校不僅承擔(dān)著德育樹人的根本任務(wù),還肩負(fù)著引導(dǎo)和團(tuán)結(jié)知識分子、培育中國特色社會主義建設(shè)者與接班人的重要責(zé)任,新時(shí)期所面臨的社會形勢極其復(fù)雜,所肩負(fù)的任務(wù)也相當(dāng)繁重,故此,高校激活與傳承紅色基因顯得尤為重要。改革開放以來,由于受各種思想、處世態(tài)度及生活方式等的影響,加之,不同文化理念沖擊著校園生活,導(dǎo)致他們對自身感知的是非難辨,錯誤價(jià)值傾向,責(zé)任意識淺薄等,一些大學(xué)生中甚至存在信念迷失、缺乏理想等問題。為此,高校弘揚(yáng)紅色基因以引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生樹立正確的理想信念是很有必要的,本文以紅色基因?yàn)榫索主要闡述了紅色基因的內(nèi)涵、主要載體、高校傳承紅色基因的重要性、高校大學(xué)生傳承紅色基因存在的問題和原因分析,最后給出了高校傳承紅色基因的一些對策。文章分為四個部分進(jìn)行論述:第一部分是導(dǎo)言部分。簡單表述了本論文研究背景和研究意義,其次是文獻(xiàn)綜述,分析國內(nèi)外對傳承紅色基因研究的現(xiàn)狀,提出本論文的研究思路與方法、創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)和不足之處。第二部分主要是圍繞紅色基因的內(nèi)涵及高校傳承紅色基因的意義進(jìn)行闡述,進(jìn)一步明確紅色基因的內(nèi)涵、紅色基因的主要載體,高校傳承紅色基因的重要性。大學(xué)生是祖國的未來和希望,社會主義的建設(shè)者和接班人,所以高校紅色基因的傳承意義深遠(yuǎn)。高校傳承紅色基因有利于幫助學(xué)生堅(jiān)定社會主義理想信念,有利于弘揚(yáng)社會主義核心價(jià)值觀,有利于抵制西方非主流意識文化的滲透,有利于鞏固黨的執(zhí)政安全。第三部分主要論述高校傳承紅色基因的必要性。通過問卷調(diào)查的方法,對當(dāng)代高校傳承紅色基因的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,從調(diào)查的結(jié)果中進(jìn)一步剖析高校弘揚(yáng)紅色基因存在的問題及原因分析。我們從調(diào)查結(jié)果分析中得知高校存在教育形式單一且流于形式、學(xué)校不夠重視導(dǎo)致人力和物力投入不足、校園氛圍不夠濃厚等問題,并分析出社會現(xiàn)實(shí)問題帶來的負(fù)面影響、“90后”大學(xué)生對紅色基因情感態(tài)度薄弱、高校紅色基因教育的機(jī)制不太健全是導(dǎo)致高校傳承紅色基因出現(xiàn)上述問題的因素。第四部分是針對現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行探討,提出高校傳承紅色基因的有效對策。一是內(nèi)外聯(lián)動,形成高校傳承紅色基因的合力。二是齊抓共管,有效整合和利用資源。三是革新教育模式,提升“紅色基因教育”的有效性。四是高校傳承紅色基因機(jī)制的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Communist Party of China has developed and developed gradually, forming its unique attributes and characteristics, namely the inner red gene. This is: faith, hard work; sacrifice dedication, seek truth from facts; self-reliance, unity and cooperation; Gu Quan overall situation, reform innovation; honest self-discipline, peaceful development. The red gene is a kind of faith that is lofty, far-sighted and far-sighted, and is a firm and patriotic love party's loyalty. The red gene, which is the spiritual bond of the Chinese nation, is the core of the belief of the Chinese Communist Party. The red gene is the foundation of breeding and developing the Communist Party of China, and is also the fundamental material and information of the pursuit of value, lofty ideal, and revolutionary belief. The Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the inheritance and development of the red gene. At the beginning of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the Communist Party of China has set up the red flag. In the course of opening up the revolutionary base area, the Red gene, Yan 'an era, the Long March period and Jinggangshan period are the key historical nodes of our Party's red gene inheritance and development. The constant continuation and development of the red gene can be traced back to the historical materialism, the Chinese Communist Party's intrepid hardships and hardships, overcoming one another difficult problem, and finally winning, making a great historical contribution to our country. The red gene is the source of our Party's revolutionary spirit, and also the source of enhancing the Party's innovative power and improving the Party's combat effectiveness in the new century (1). Inheriting the red gene is the foundation of the Party's career generation and transmission and the continuation of the blood vessels. The red gene is a heritage of revolutionary spirit. Institutions of higher learning not only undertake the basic task of moral education tree, but also shoulder the important responsibility of guiding and uniting intellectuals and cultivating socialism builders and successors with Chinese characteristics. It is very important to activate and inherit the red gene in colleges and universities. Since the reform and opening-up, because of the influence of various thoughts, attitudes and ways of life and so on, besides, different cultural ideas impact on campus life, resulting in their perception of non-discrimination, wrong value tendency, responsibility consciousness and so on. Some college students even have problems such as loss of beliefs, lack of ideal and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to carry forward the red gene in colleges and universities to guide the students to set up the correct ideals and beliefs. In this paper, the connotation of the red genes, the main vectors and the importance of the inheritance of the red genes in colleges and universities are mainly discussed in this paper. The problems and causes of the inheritance of red genes in college students are analyzed, and some countermeasures for the inheritance of red genes in colleges and universities are given. The article is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction part. This paper briefly describes the background and significance of this thesis, and then the literature review, analyzes the present situation of inheritance of red gene research at home and abroad, and puts forward the research thought and method, innovation point and deficiency of this paper. The second part is mainly about the connotation of the red gene and the significance of inheriting the red gene in colleges and universities, and further clarify the connotation of the red gene, the main carrier of the red gene, and the importance of inheriting the red gene in the university. College students are the future and hope of the motherland, the builders and successors of socialism, so the inheritance of the red gene in colleges and universities is far-reaching. The inheritance of red genes in colleges and universities is conducive to helping students to firmly socialist ideals and beliefs, to promote the core values of socialism and to resist the infiltration of non-mainstream consciousness culture in the West, which is conducive to the consolidation of the Party's ruling safety. The third part mainly discusses the necessity of inheriting the red gene in colleges and universities. Through the method of questionnaire investigation, the current situation of inheriting the red gene in colleges and universities is investigated, and the problems and causes of developing the red genes in colleges and universities are analyzed from the results of the investigation. From the analysis of the survey results, we find out that there is a single form of education in colleges and universities, and that the school is not enough to pay attention to the shortage of human and material resources, the campus atmosphere is not strong enough and so on, and the negative influence brought by social reality is analyzed. "Post 90" College students have weak emotional attitude towards red genes, and the mechanism of red gene education in colleges and universities is not perfect. The fourth part is to discuss the current situation, and put forward the effective countermeasure to inherit the red gene in colleges and universities. One is internal and external linkage, which forms the resultant force of inheriting the red gene in colleges and universities. The second is to grasp the common tube, effectively integrate and utilize the resources. III. Innovation education mode and promotion "Red Gene Education" and the effectiveness of the method. Four is the construction of the inheritance of the red gene mechanism in colleges and universities.
