A-FABP基因多態(tài)性與豬肌內(nèi)脂肪含量的相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:為了研究豬肌內(nèi)脂肪(IMF)含量與相關(guān)基因多態(tài)性的關(guān)系,試驗(yàn)采用PCR-SSCP技術(shù)檢測(cè)了75頭大河烏豬和41頭長(zhǎng)白豬脂肪細(xì)胞型脂肪酸結(jié)合蛋白(A-FABP)基因的第1內(nèi)含子區(qū)的遺傳變異,并用最小二乘法模型分析了A-FABP基因?qū)ωi肌內(nèi)脂肪含量的遺傳效應(yīng)。結(jié)果表明:在大河烏豬和長(zhǎng)白豬A-FABP基因第1內(nèi)含子中均存在多態(tài)性,共發(fā)現(xiàn)5個(gè)等位基因(A、B、C、D、E),6種基因型(AB基因型、BB基因型、BC基因型、BD基因型、CC基因型、CE基因型)。大河烏豬肌內(nèi)脂肪含量BD基因型顯著高于其他5種基因型(P0.05),BC基因型顯著低于其他5種基因型(P0.05),BD基因型與其他5種基因型之間最小二乘均值差異顯著(P0.05),BD基因型對(duì)PCR-SSCP的最小二乘均值最大,證明BD基因型在該位點(diǎn)對(duì)肌內(nèi)脂肪含量的效應(yīng)值最大。長(zhǎng)白豬肌內(nèi)脂肪含量CC基因型高于其他5種基因型,BC基因型顯著低于其他5種基因型(P0.05),最小二乘均值6種基因型之間差異均不顯著(P0.05),CC基因型對(duì)PCR-SSCP的最小二乘均值最大,證明CC基因型在該位點(diǎn)對(duì)肌內(nèi)脂肪含量的效應(yīng)值最大。因此,可以通過(guò)提高BD基因型的頻率來(lái)增加大河烏豬肌內(nèi)脂肪含量,達(dá)到改善大河烏豬豬肉品質(zhì)的目的。
[Abstract]:In order to study the relationship between intramuscular fat (IMF) content and related gene polymorphism, the genetic variation of the first intron of adipocyte fatty acid binding protein (A-FABP) gene in 75 Dahewu pigs and 41 Landrace pigs was detected by PCR-SSCP technique. The genetic effect of A-FABP gene on intramuscular fat content in pigs was analyzed by least square method. The results showed that there were polymorphisms in intron 1 of A-FABP gene in Dahewu pig and Landrace pig, and six genotypes (AB genotype, BB, B, C, C and C) were found. The intramuscular fat content of Dahewu pig was significantly higher than that of the other 5 genotypes (P0.05). (P0.05) the least square mean value (LMS) of the BDD genotype was significantly lower than that of the other 5 genotypes (P0.05). (P0.05) the difference of the least square mean value between the BD genotype and the other 5 genotypes was significant (P0.05). Has the largest mean of least squares based on The results showed that BD genotype had the largest effect on intramuscular fat content at this site. The intramuscular fat content of Landrace pigs was significantly lower than that of the other 5 genotypes (P0.05), and the least square mean (LSE) was not significant among the six genotypes (P0.05). The results showed that CC genotype had the largest effect on intramuscular fat content at this site. Therefore, the intramuscular fat content of Dahewu pig can be increased by increasing the frequency of BD genotype, and the pork quality of Dahewu pig can be improved.
