白術(shù)多糖對(duì)斷奶仔豬白細(xì)胞介素-1β基因表達(dá)的影響
[Abstract]:In this experiment, 60 DLY weaned piglets with average weight of 8.94 kg and 44 days old were randomly divided into 5 treatment groups, 3 replicates per treatment and 4 piglets per replica. The first group was the control group, fed the basic diet, and the second, third, fourth and fifth groups were the experimental groups. Blood samples were taken from jugular vein after 30 days after adding antibiotics (Bacteriopin zinc sulfate) and 0.05% Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides (PAM),) in basal diet for 30 d, respectively, and 0.15% of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides (PAM),) were added to the basal diet for 30 days. The effect of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides on the immune function of weaned piglets was studied by using real-time quantitative PCR method of SYBR Green I fluorescent dye to quantify the mRNA of IL-1 尾 gene, which provides a scientific basis for the further study of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides in weaning piglets. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the relative expression of IL-尾 gene among different treatment groups (P0.05), but the Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharide treatment group was higher than the control group and the antibiotic group, the highest in the 0.1%PAM group, followed by 0.05 PAM group in the antibiotic group. The relative expression of IL- 尾 gene increased by 34.21% in the control group and 27.50.1% in the 0.15%PAM treatment group compared with the control group and the antibiotic treatment group. The relative expression of the IL- 尾 gene in the PAM-treated group was increased by 27.5% compared with the 0.05%PAM treatment group and the 0.15%PAM treatment group, and the relative expression of IL- 尾 gene in the PAM-treated group was increased by 27.5% compared with the 0.05%PAM treatment group and the 0.15%PAM treatment group. Compared with the control group and the antibiotic group, the relative expression of IL- 尾 gene in the 34.21%.0.05%PAM treatment group was increased by 5.2%, and the relative expression level of the IL- 尾 gene in the 0 ~ (15) PAM group was increased by 0% compared with the control group. The relative expression of IL- 尾 gene in the 34.21%.0.05%PAM treatment group was decreased by 5% compared with the antibiotic group.
