水產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場中抗生素抗性基因的污染分析
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the diffusion pollution of antibiotic resistance gene (Antibiotic resistance genes,ARGs) in aquatic products in wholesale market of aquatic products, three large-scale aquatic products wholesale markets in Shanghai were selected as the research object, and the method of PCR was used. A total of 27 kinds of ARGs were detected in the surface silt of sewer ditch in the market and near the market, including 4 kinds of sulfamides, 8 kinds of tetracycline, 6 kinds of 尾 -lactam, 5 kinds of chloramphenicol and 4 kinds of streptomycin. The diversity of bacterial population was analyzed by PCR-DGGE technique. The results showed that 17 kinds of ARGs were detected in the mud of wholesale market. The detection rate of sulfonamides, tetracyclines and streptomycin ARGs was high and there were many kinds of ARGs, indicating that there were many kinds of ARGs, aquatic products in the wholesale market of aquatic products. Tetracycline and streptomycin are mainly polluted by ARGs. Tests on the periphery of the market show that the category distribution of ARGs in the periphery of the market is slightly lower than that within the market. The results showed that the existence of ARGs in the wholesale market of aquatic products would spread to the surrounding environment through the way of sewage discharge. The results showed that the bacterial species of sludge samples in the three wholesale markets were quite different. The results showed that there was no direct relationship between the species distribution of ARGs and the species of bacteria in the environment. This study shows that the ARGs carried by aquatic products will spread to the wholesale market of aquatic products, leading to the wholesale market of aquatic products become an important repository of ARGs, and the pollution caused by this will be further spread to the surrounding environment. The risk of rediffusion of these rich ARGs into aquatic products for sale is high enough to attract enough attention.
