【摘要】：心律失常是心血管疾病中一類重要的疾病,嚴(yán)重威脅著人類的健康�？剐穆墒СＫ幬锒酁殡x子通道阻滯劑,存在效率低的特點,并伴隨嚴(yán)重的副作用。因此,對藥物作用機制的深入研究并發(fā)展新的治療策略,成為抗心律失常藥物研究的新熱點。后基因組學(xué)加速了對基因突變、基因多態(tài)性、基因表達量變化及表觀遺傳學(xué)改變的理解和認識,它們在心律失常的發(fā)生和發(fā)展過程中同樣起著重要作用。而傳統(tǒng)中藥在治療心律失常方面因其療效顯著、副作用少等優(yōu)勢,受到越來越多的關(guān)注。就目前與心律失常相關(guān)的基因及其對應(yīng)疾病進行概述,并從中藥復(fù)方及其有效成分調(diào)節(jié)異常表達基因的角度,對現(xiàn)有中藥抗心律失常的可能靶點進行總結(jié)。以期為中藥抗心律失常藥理學(xué)研究提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Arrhythmia is one of the most important diseases in cardiovascular diseases, which is a serious threat to human health. Antiarrhythmic drugs are ion channel blockers with low efficiency and severe side effects. Therefore, the further study on the mechanism of drug action and the development of new therapeutic strategies have become a new hotspot in the research of antiarrhythmic drugs. Post-genomics accelerates the understanding of gene mutations, gene polymorphisms, changes in gene expression and epigenetic changes, which also play an important role in the occurrence and development of arrhythmias. Traditional Chinese medicine has attracted more and more attention in treating arrhythmia because of its remarkable curative effect and less side effects. The genes related to arrhythmia and their corresponding diseases are summarized. The possible targets of Chinese herbal medicine against arrhythmia are summarized from the point of view of the regulation of abnormal expression genes by Chinese herbal compound and its effective components. In order to provide reference for the pharmacological study of antiarrhythmia of traditional Chinese medicine.
