【摘要】：對(duì)蝦白斑綜合征病毒(WSSV)、桃拉綜合征病毒(TSV)、傳染性皮下及造血組織壞死病毒(IHHNV)是威脅對(duì)蝦養(yǎng)殖的重要病毒。為了調(diào)查這3種病在江蘇境內(nèi)的流行情況,根據(jù)世界動(dòng)物衛(wèi)生組織(OIE)推薦的《水生動(dòng)物疾病診斷手冊(cè)》的PCR檢測(cè)法對(duì)2015年5月—2016年5月采集的1436尾對(duì)蝦樣品進(jìn)行3種疾病的流行病學(xué)調(diào)查。結(jié)果顯示W(wǎng)SSV陽(yáng)性率為17.20%,TSV陽(yáng)性率為0%,IHHNV陽(yáng)性率為39.48%。對(duì)江蘇不同地區(qū)分離出的5株IHHNV進(jìn)行基因序列分析,數(shù)據(jù)顯示這5個(gè)地區(qū)的毒株均屬于Ⅰ型感染株,與韓國(guó)株的進(jìn)化關(guān)系較為接近。本研究通過(guò)調(diào)查以上3種病毒病在江蘇境內(nèi)的流行情況,并進(jìn)行序列分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)江蘇不同地區(qū)的凡納濱對(duì)蝦IHHNV感染均為Ⅰ型,研究結(jié)果對(duì)養(yǎng)殖蝦的疾病防控有重要參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:White spot syndrome virus (WSSV),) and hematopoietic necrosis virus (IHHNV) of (WSSV), peach syndrome virus (TSV),) are important viruses threatening shrimp culture. In order to investigate the prevalence of these three diseases in Jiangsu, 1436 shrimp samples collected from May 2015 to May 2016 were investigated by the PCR method recommended by the World Animal Health Organization (OIE) for the diagnosis of aquatic animal diseases. The results showed that the positive rate of WSSV was 17.20%. The positive rate of WSSV was 39.48%. Five strains of IHHNV isolated from different regions of Jiangsu Province were sequenced.
