HLA-DRB1,DQB1等位基因與烏魯木齊市兒童齲病易感性的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:探討人類白細胞抗原HLA-DRB1、HLA-DQB1等位基因與烏魯木齊市地區(qū)漢族、維吾爾族齲病易感性的相關(guān)性。方法:采用多聚酶鏈反應(yīng)-序列特異性引物(PCR-SSP)技術(shù),對漢族82例齲病組和166例正常對照、維吾爾族40名高齲組和40名正常對照組分別進行HLA-DRB1與HLA-DQB1等位基因表現(xiàn)頻率的檢測。結(jié)果:漢族齲病組HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*13、HLA-DRB1*14等位基因表現(xiàn)頻率顯著高于正常對照組;HLA-DRB1*09、HLA-DQB1*02等位基因表現(xiàn)頻率明顯低于正常對照組(P0.05)。維吾爾族中齲病組HLA-DRB1*11、HLA-DRB1*13等位基因表現(xiàn)頻率高于正常對照組;而HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*07等位基因則低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:漢族:HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*13、HLA-DRB1*14可能是烏魯木齊市地區(qū)漢族齲病患者易感基因;HLA-DRB1*09、HLA-DQB1*02可能是漢族齲病發(fā)病的保護基因。維吾爾族:HLA-DRB1*11、HLA-DRB1*13可能是維吾爾族齲病易感基因;HLA-DRB1*04、HLA-DRB1*07可能是維吾爾族齲病發(fā)病的保護基因。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between HLA-DQB1 alleles of HLA-DRB1 antigen and susceptibility to caries of Han and Uygur nationalities in Urumqi. Methods: polymerase chain reaction-sequence specific primers (PCR-SSP) were used to detect the frequencies of HLA-DRB1 and HLA-DQB1 alleles in 82 patients with caries of Han nationality, 166 normal controls, 40 Uygur subjects with high caries and 40 normal controls. Results: the allelic frequency of HLA-DRB1O04 HLA-DRB1O13 HLA-DRB1O14 alleles in Han caries group was significantly higher than that in normal control group (P0.05), and the frequency of HLA-DRB1-09 HLA-DQB1m2allele was significantly lower than that of normal control group (P0.05). The frequency of HLA-DRB1O13 alleles in Uygur patients with caries was higher than that in normal controls, but the HLA-DRB1O04 HLA-DRB1O7 allele was lower in Uygur than that in control group (P0.05). Conclusion: HLA-DRB1O04Hla DRB1O13 HLA-DRB1O14 may be the allele of HLA-DRB1O09 HLA-DQB1O02, which may be a protective gene for caries in Han nationality in Urumqi. In Uygur population, HLA-DRB1 / 11 HLA-DRB1 / 13 may be the gene of HLA-DRB1 / 04 and HLA-DRB1 / 07 may be a protective gene for the development of dental caries in Uygur nationality.
