冷鮮雞污染微生物磺胺類和喹諾酮類耐藥基因分析

【摘要】:動物養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展過程中抗生素的長期使用,導致耐藥菌的快速發(fā)展。這些耐藥菌在動物養(yǎng)殖過程中逐漸被抗生素篩選,在動物性食品生產(chǎn)鏈中容易被攜帶傳播,對人類食品安全產(chǎn)生很大的威脅。試驗選取浙江省紹興市8個大型超市和11個農(nóng)貿(mào)市場銷售的冷鮮雞為檢測對象,采用PCR和測序驗證的技術(shù)手段,對冷鮮雞表面微生物中的2種磺胺類耐藥基因sulⅠ、sulⅡ和8種喹諾酮類基因qnrA、qnrB、qnrC、qnrD、qnrS、qepA、oqxA與oqxB進行檢測。在所檢測的樣品中,檢測出sulⅠ、sulⅡ、qnrD、qnrS、qepA和oqxB基因,檢出率分別為100%、100%、100%、89.5%、100%和89.5%。并對所檢出的耐藥基因進行測序和NCBI收錄的耐藥基因序列進行Blast比對驗證,比對結(jié)果同源性分別為100%、99.44%、100%、92.74%、99.82%和100%。試驗結(jié)果將為冷鮮雞中耐藥基因的風險評估提供有力支持。
