冷鮮雞污染微生物磺胺類和喹諾酮類耐藥基因分析

【摘要】:動(dòng)物養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的發(fā)展過程中抗生素的長(zhǎng)期使用,導(dǎo)致耐藥菌的快速發(fā)展。這些耐藥菌在動(dòng)物養(yǎng)殖過程中逐漸被抗生素篩選,在動(dòng)物性食品生產(chǎn)鏈中容易被攜帶傳播,對(duì)人類食品安全產(chǎn)生很大的威脅。試驗(yàn)選取浙江省紹興市8個(gè)大型超市和11個(gè)農(nóng)貿(mào)市場(chǎng)銷售的冷鮮雞為檢測(cè)對(duì)象,采用PCR和測(cè)序驗(yàn)證的技術(shù)手段,對(duì)冷鮮雞表面微生物中的2種磺胺類耐藥基因sulⅠ、sulⅡ和8種喹諾酮類基因qnrA、qnrB、qnrC、qnrD、qnrS、qepA、oqxA與oqxB進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。在所檢測(cè)的樣品中,檢測(cè)出sulⅠ、sulⅡ、qnrD、qnrS、qepA和oqxB基因,檢出率分別為100%、100%、100%、89.5%、100%和89.5%。并對(duì)所檢出的耐藥基因進(jìn)行測(cè)序和NCBI收錄的耐藥基因序列進(jìn)行Blast比對(duì)驗(yàn)證,比對(duì)結(jié)果同源性分別為100%、99.44%、100%、92.74%、99.82%和100%。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果將為冷鮮雞中耐藥基因的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估提供有力支持。
