飼糧能氮水平對(duì)不同品種豬肉質(zhì)性狀及相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究飼糧能氮水平對(duì)不同品種豬肉質(zhì)性狀以及肌纖維類型和細(xì)胞因子相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的影響。選取巴馬香豬和長(zhǎng)白豬共96頭(48頭/品種),隨機(jī)分為4組(每組24頭豬),分別為長(zhǎng)白豬飼喂NRC飼糧組、長(zhǎng)白豬飼喂我國(guó)地方豬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(GB)飼糧組、巴馬香豬飼喂NRC飼糧組、巴馬香豬飼喂GB飼糧組。試驗(yàn)從5周齡開(kāi)始,至出欄時(shí)結(jié)束。分別于保育期、生長(zhǎng)期和肥育期末,每組選擇8頭體況相近豬只屠宰,采集肌肉樣品分析。結(jié)果表明:生長(zhǎng)階段顯著影響了試驗(yàn)豬背最長(zhǎng)肌熟肉率和肌球蛋白重鏈(MyHC)Ⅱx、MyHCⅡb及白細(xì)胞介素-15(IL-15)mRNA表達(dá)水平(P0.05),且隨生長(zhǎng)階段呈增加趨勢(shì);與長(zhǎng)白豬相比,巴馬香豬的背最長(zhǎng)肌熟肉率、MyHCⅠmRNA表達(dá)水平顯著升高(P0.05),而滴水損失顯著降低(P0.05);與NRC飼糧相比,GB飼糧顯著提高了生長(zhǎng)期長(zhǎng)白豬和巴馬香豬的p H45 min(P0.05),顯著上調(diào)了保育期和肥育期豬背最長(zhǎng)肌MyHCⅠmRNA表達(dá)水平(P0.05);與GB飼糧相比,NRC飼糧顯著上調(diào)了生長(zhǎng)期豬背最長(zhǎng)肌MyHCⅠmRNA表達(dá)水平(P0.05)。由此可見(jiàn),品種和生長(zhǎng)階段均可顯著影響肉質(zhì)性狀及相關(guān)基因的表達(dá),飼糧能氮水平則主要通過(guò)與生長(zhǎng)階段產(chǎn)生互作效應(yīng)影響肉質(zhì)性狀及肌纖維類型相關(guān)基因的表達(dá)。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of dietary energy and nitrogen levels on the quality traits, muscle fiber types and cytokine related gene expression in different varieties of pork. 96 Bama Xiang pigs and Landrace pigs (48 pigs per breed) were randomly divided into 4 groups (24 pigs in each group), which were fed NRC diet group, Landrace pig standard (GB) diet group and Bama Xiang pig NRC diet group, respectively. Bama Xiang pig was fed with GB diet group. The trial began at 5 weeks of age and ended at the end of the hurdle. During the conservation period, growth period and finishing period, 8 pigs with similar body condition were slaughtered in each group, and muscle samples were collected for analysis.
