【摘要】：基因工程是生物學(xué)專業(yè)一門重要的課程,而基因工程實(shí)驗(yàn)是基因工程的一個(gè)重要組成部分,對(duì)基因工程課程授課效果起著非常關(guān)鍵的作用。然而隨著生物技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,以及越來越多的高科技手段融入到生物技術(shù)領(lǐng)域,原有的教學(xué)模式、教學(xué)方法和實(shí)驗(yàn)方案培養(yǎng)出來的學(xué)生已不能很好地跟上生物技術(shù)發(fā)展的腳步,各個(gè)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)都需要進(jìn)一步完善和改進(jìn)。針對(duì)普通高�；蚬こ虒�(shí)驗(yàn)課程存在的普遍問題,本文通過開放式教學(xué)、提高學(xué)生能力和素質(zhì)、加強(qiáng)科研促進(jìn)教學(xué)、實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)服務(wù)于科研等方面進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)改革,進(jìn)而提高了實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)水平和質(zhì)量,調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的主觀能動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)造性,提高學(xué)生的綜合能力,進(jìn)而培養(yǎng)出高素質(zhì)的基因工程專業(yè)技術(shù)人才。
[Abstract]:Genetic engineering is an important course in biology, and genetic engineering experiment is an important part of genetic engineering, which plays a very important role in the teaching effect of genetic engineering. However, with the rapid development of biotechnology and the integration of more and more high-tech means into the field of biotechnology, the original teaching model, The students trained by teaching methods and experimental programs can not keep up with the development of biotechnology, and all teaching links need to be further perfected and improved. In view of the common problems existing in the genetic engineering experiment course in colleges and universities, this paper carries out the experimental teaching reform in the aspects of opening teaching, improving students' ability and quality, strengthening scientific research and promoting teaching, and experiment teaching serving scientific research, etc. Thus, the experiment teaching level and quality are improved, the students' subjective initiative and creativity are mobilized, the students' comprehensive ability is improved, and the high quality technical talents of gene engineering are trained.
