野生花生Hsp70基因家族的全基因組鑒定及生物信息學(xué)分析

【摘要】:熱激蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,Hsp70)是細(xì)胞應(yīng)對高溫和其它脅迫環(huán)境時所產(chǎn)生的一類分子伴侶類型應(yīng)激蛋白。本研究以Arachis duranensis和Arachis ipa録nsis基因組數(shù)據(jù)庫為基礎(chǔ),利用生物信息學(xué)方法對Hsp70基因家族進(jìn)行鑒定分析。結(jié)果表明,A.duranensis含有34個Hsp70基因成員,A.ipa録nsis含有35個Hsp70基因成員,兩者的直系同源基因大部分分布于兩套染色體相近的位置。Ad Hsp70和Ai Hsp70基因家族根據(jù)亞細(xì)胞定位結(jié)果可分4種類型,各類型的Hsp70基因結(jié)構(gòu)相對保守。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化分析Hsp70基因家族可分為ClassⅠ(Hsp70)和ClassⅡ(Hsp110)兩個亞家族,其中ClassⅠ亞家族進(jìn)一步分為3個小家族,同時揭示Hsp70基因家族成員產(chǎn)生于單雙子葉分化之前。GO分析預(yù)測表明,Ad Hsp70和Ai Hsp70基因家族功能類別完全一致,各功能類別數(shù)目比例變化相似。本研究結(jié)果有助于了解花生屬植物Hsp70基因家族功能,以期為深入研究花生逆境生理過程中的分子調(diào)控機(jī)理提供基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70) is a kind of molecular chaperone type stress protein produced by cells in response to high temperature and other stresses. Based on Arachis duranensis and Arachis ipa nsis genomic databases, the Hsp70 gene family was identified by bioinformatics. The results showed that A. duranensis contained 34 members of Hsp70 gene, and nsis had 35 members of Hsp70 gene. Most of the homologous genes of A. duranensis and A. duranensis were distributed in two sets of chromosomal homologous genes. Ad Hsp70 and Ai Hsp70 gene families could be classified into 4 types according to the subcellular localization results. The structure of Hsp70 gene was relatively conserved.
