【摘要】：細(xì)胞凋亡指細(xì)胞受基因調(diào)控的自主的細(xì)胞死亡過(guò)程,是細(xì)胞為維持內(nèi)環(huán)境穩(wěn)態(tài)的一種手段。家蠶Bombyx mori是重要的鱗翅目模式昆蟲(chóng),對(duì)其細(xì)胞凋亡機(jī)制的研究具有代表性。家蠶細(xì)胞凋亡不僅參與了整個(gè)變態(tài)發(fā)育過(guò)程,而且在家蠶天然免疫反應(yīng)中扮演著重要角色。在家蠶卵-幼蟲(chóng)-蛹-成蟲(chóng)各階段通過(guò)凋亡基因的調(diào)控促進(jìn)組織退化及冗余細(xì)胞的清除,并且在家蠶抗家蠶核型多角體病毒(Bm NPV)過(guò)程中,細(xì)胞凋亡的發(fā)生對(duì)Bm NPV增殖的抑制也有著重要作用。本文就近年來(lái)家蠶細(xì)胞凋亡誘導(dǎo)因素、細(xì)胞凋亡相關(guān)基因的研究現(xiàn)狀及通路和細(xì)胞凋亡對(duì)家蠶發(fā)育影響的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,為解決目前家蠶細(xì)胞凋亡機(jī)制研究不足、內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)通路涉獵少、各通路間聯(lián)系不清晰等問(wèn)題,以及深入研究家蠶細(xì)胞凋亡并解析家蠶變態(tài)發(fā)育機(jī)制和天然免疫反應(yīng)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Apoptosis refers to the process of cell death, which is controlled by genes, and is a means of maintaining homeostasis. Bombyx mori Bombyx mori is an important Lepidoptera model insect. Apoptosis not only plays an important role in the process of metamorphosis, but also plays an important role in the innate immune response of Bombyx mori. In different stages of home silkworm eggs, larva and pupae, apoptosis gene regulation promotes tissue degeneration and the elimination of redundant cells, and during the process of silkworm resistance to Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus (Bm NPV). Apoptosis also plays an important role in inhibiting the proliferation of BM NPV. In this paper, the research progress of apoptosis inducing factors, apoptosis-related genes and pathways and the effects of apoptosis on the development of silkworm were reviewed in order to solve the problem of the mechanism of apoptosis in silkworm, Bombyx mori (Bombyx mori). The endoplasmic reticulum pathway is less accessible and the connections between the pathways are not clear. Further studies on the apoptosis of silkworm cells and analysis of the mechanism of metamorphosis and innate immune response of silkworm provide references.
