【摘要】：以玉米雜交種先玉335和鄭單958及其親本為材料,分析了葉片和子粒在授粉后不同時期衰老相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的變化規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,2個葉綠體綠色保持基因SGR1和SGR2在雜交種先玉335和鄭單958及其親本穗三葉中的表達(dá)隨著授粉后時間的延長整體上呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢,但是先玉335的基因表達(dá)量要高于鄭單958。葉片衰老誘導(dǎo)基因SAP1在葉片發(fā)育過程中上調(diào)表達(dá),SAP2則表現(xiàn)出先增后減的趨勢。以不同生長發(fā)育時期的子粒為材料,分析了子粒發(fā)育中衰老相關(guān)基因SAG1,SAG2和SAG3的表達(dá)規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,SAG1基因的表達(dá)水平隨著子粒的發(fā)育而降低,而SAG2和SAG3基因則在子粒的成熟過程中表達(dá)量呈現(xiàn)上升的趨勢。
[Abstract]:The changes of senescence related genes in leaves and grains of maize hybrids Xianyu 335 and Zhengdan 958 and their parents were analyzed in different stages after pollination. The results showed that the expression of two chloroplast green maintenance genes SGR1 and SGR2 in the three leaves of the hybrids Xianyu335, Zhengdan 958 and their parents showed an overall upward trend with the prolongation of the time after pollination, but the gene expression of Xianyu335 was higher than that of Zhengdan 958. Leaf senescence inducing gene SAP1 up-regulated expression of SAP2 during leaf development showed a tendency of first increasing and then decreasing. The expression patterns of senescence related gene SAG1C SAG2 and SAG3 were analyzed in different growth and development stages of kernels. The results showed that the expression level of SAG1 gene decreased with the development of kernels, while the expression of SAG2 and SAG3 genes increased during the maturation of kernels.
