飼料糖脂比對(duì)吉富羅非魚(yú)生長(zhǎng)、血液指標(biāo)和肝臟糖代謝關(guān)鍵酶活性及基因表達(dá)的影響
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of sugar / lipid ratio on growth performance, blood biochemical indexes and key enzymes of hepatic glucose metabolism of juvenile Gifeto tilapia, five kinds of iso-nitrogen isoenergy feed with different ratio of sugar to lipid (1.5C 2.3C 3.9C 7.0N 16.5) were designed. The juvenile Tilapia japonica was used as the experimental object. A feeding experiment was conducted for 8 weeks. The results showed that the specific growth rate (SGR),) weight gain rate (WGR) and protein efficiency (PER) of tilapia japonicus increased first and then decreased with the increase of the ratio of glucose to lipid in diet. When the ratio of sugar to fat was 3.9 and 7.0, the (WGR) and PER of Tilapia japonicus were the highest. The variation trend of feed coefficient (FCR) was opposite, which was significantly lower than that of other groups when the ratio of sugar to lipid was 3. 9 and 7. 0. With the increase of the ratio of feed sugar to fat, the crude fat content of the whole fish decreased gradually and reached the lowest level at the ratio of sugar to fat of 16.5, but there was only a significant difference between the two groups. Plasma triglycerides were also significantly decreased in the highest glucose to lipid ratio group, and plasma cholesterol was also significantly lower in the highest glucose to fat ratio group than in 3.9 group. However, the change trend of blood sugar was opposite, when the ratio of sugar to fat was 16.5, it was significantly higher than that of other groups. The activity of pyruvate kinase (competitive) and the expression of mRNA increased with the increase of the ratio of glucose to lipid, but the activity of phosphoenolpyruvate carboxykinase (PEPCK) and the level of mRNA expression decreased gradually. According to the quadratic regression model, under the condition of equal nitrogen and equal energy, the optimum sugar level and fat level of juvenile tilapia were 49.69% and 9.53, respectively, and the ratio of sugar to fat was 8.4.
