應(yīng)用基因工程技術(shù)增強間充質(zhì)干細胞移植效果

【摘要】:間充質(zhì)干細胞(MSCs)在再生醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用前景無限。它取材較容易,無論是天然的還是通過細胞工程誘導(dǎo)獲得的均具有多向分化能力。成功的MSCs治療依賴于有效的細胞輸送和移植細胞的長期存活,以便能長久地在目標位點更多地發(fā)揮效應(yīng)。在MSCs移植前應(yīng)用基因工程技術(shù)對其進行修飾可取得這一效果。本文介紹了能提高移植MSCs的遷移能力、防止MSCs衰老和凋亡及提高MSCs存活率的基因工程方法策略。
[Abstract]:Mesenchymal stem cell (MSCs) has a promising future in the field of regenerative medicine. It is easy to draw materials, both natural and induced by cell engineering have multi-directional differentiation ability. Successful MSCs therapy depends on effective cell delivery and long term survival of transplanted cells so that more effects can be exerted at the target sites for a long time. This effect can be achieved by modifying MSCs with genetic engineering before transplantation. This paper introduces genetic engineering strategies that can improve the migration ability of transplanted MSCs, prevent MSCs aging and apoptosis, and improve MSCs survival rate.
