凝血因子Ⅻ基因多態(tài)性與急性心肌梗死的關(guān)聯(lián)性研究

【摘要】:目的分析急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者凝血因子Ⅻ(FⅫ)基因多態(tài)性和急性發(fā)作時(shí)血漿凝血因子Ⅻ活性(FⅫ:C)的變化及意義。方法收集97例AMI患者治療前及76例對(duì)照血液標(biāo)本,采用直接測(cè)序法檢測(cè)FⅫ第46位基因多態(tài)性和一期凝固法檢測(cè)血漿FⅫ:C,并進(jìn)行比較分析。結(jié)果 FⅫ基因C46T多態(tài)位點(diǎn)CC、CT、TT 3種基因型以及C、T等位基因頻率在AMI組與對(duì)照組中的分布均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(均P0.05)。CC、CT和TT 3種基因型分別對(duì)應(yīng)的血漿FⅫ:C水平有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.01),以CC組活性最高,TT組活性最低。AMI組血漿FⅫ:C顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.01)。結(jié)論 FⅫC46T基因多態(tài)性與AMI無(wú)關(guān)聯(lián),AMI發(fā)病時(shí)血漿FⅫ:C顯著降低,FⅫ參與血栓形成。
