【摘要】：【目的】KFB(Kelch containing F-box protein)是普遍存在于各種生物體中含有F-box結(jié)構(gòu)域的一類家族蛋白,參與眾多生物過(guò)程。本研究旨在開(kāi)展陸地棉KFB家族基因鑒定和表達(dá)分析�！痉椒ā坷蒙镄畔W(xué)方法從陸地棉(TM-1)基因組中鑒定KFB家族成員,與已知的擬南芥、水稻、大豆等KFB蛋白序列構(gòu)建系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化樹(shù);進(jìn)一步針對(duì)第Ⅱ亞族進(jìn)行基因結(jié)構(gòu)、染色體定位和表達(dá)分析。【結(jié)果】從陸地棉基因組共鑒定出150個(gè)KFB家族成員,進(jìn)化分析表明這些基因可分為7個(gè)亞族。陸地棉KFB第Ⅱ亞族24個(gè)基因分布在14條染色體上,有9對(duì)直系同源基因;該亞族基因結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,半數(shù)基因只有1個(gè)外顯子;qRT-PCR結(jié)果表明,該亞族基因具有較為廣泛的組織表達(dá)模式,但在不同組織的表達(dá)存在差異�！窘Y(jié)論】這些結(jié)果顯示陸地棉KFB第Ⅱ亞族基因在進(jìn)化過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)了功能分化。
[Abstract]:[objective] KFBK Kelch containing F-box protein is a kind of family protein which contains F-box domain in a variety of organisms and is involved in many biological processes. The purpose of this study was to identify and express the KFB gene of Upland cotton. [methods] the KFB family members were identified from the genome of TM-1 by bioinformatics, and the KFB family members were identified with the known Arabidopsis thaliana and rice. Phylogenetic tree was constructed from KFB protein sequences of soybean, and gene structure, chromosomal location and expression analysis were carried out for subfamily 鈪，
