【摘要】：目的研究P21WAF、P53、P16基因在不同分化程度前列腺癌中的表達(dá)情況。方法選取2015—2016年鄭州大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院南陽(yáng)醫(yī)院56例前列腺癌手術(shù)標(biāo)本。采用免疫組織化學(xué)法檢測(cè)P21WAF、P53、P16基因表達(dá)情況。結(jié)果高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌、低分化腺癌P21WAF、P16、P53陽(yáng)性率比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);其中高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌P21WAF、P16陽(yáng)性率高于低分化腺癌,P53陽(yáng)性率低于低分化腺癌,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 P21WAF、P53、P16在前列腺癌中表達(dá)與腫瘤的分級(jí)及預(yù)后有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of P 21 WAFU P 53 P 16 gene in prostate cancer with different differentiation. Methods 56 specimens of prostate cancer were collected from Nanyang Hospital of Zhengzhou University from 2015 to 2016. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P 53 P 16 gene. Results there were significant differences in the positive rates of P16 and p53 in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma, moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, among which the positive rate of P21 WAF- P16 in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was higher than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, and the positive rate was lower than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, and the positive rate of P16 in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was higher than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, and the positive rate of P16 p16 in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the expression of P 53 P 16 in prostate cancer is related to the grade and prognosis of prostate cancer.
