【摘要】：本研究旨在調(diào)查豬胰島素樣生長因子結(jié)合蛋白2基因(IGFBP2)潛在的變異與胴體性狀和肉質(zhì)性狀之間的關(guān)系。IGFBP2是IGFBPs家族的一員,定位在豬15號染色體上。本研究利用PCR-MspⅠ-RFLP方法對該基因第二內(nèi)含子g.171CT(Gen Bank Accession No.BV727778)進(jìn)行了單核苷酸多態(tài)性(SNP)檢測,在382頭大白×梅山豬F2代豬群體中關(guān)聯(lián)分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)該位點(diǎn)與背膘厚、眼肌高、眼肌寬、骨率等性狀呈極顯著相關(guān)(P0.01),與眼肌面積、肥肉率、瘦肥比、花油、色值(LD)和色值(BF)等性狀呈顯著相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)果表明IGFBP2基因型與胴體和肉質(zhì)性能存在一定程度的顯著關(guān)聯(lián),是潛在的影響豬胴體和肉質(zhì)性狀的候選基因。
