【摘要】：為了探討八肋游仆蟲(Euplotes octocarinatus)核糖體蛋白基因的數(shù)目及其結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性,研究通過生物信息學方法,對八肋游仆蟲胞質(zhì)核糖體蛋白進行了系統(tǒng)的分析。共鑒定得到98個基因編碼78種不同的胞質(zhì)核糖體蛋白。其中19種胞質(zhì)核糖體蛋白基因發(fā)生了復制,盡管都是有功能的,但其中一個基因的表達受到限制。通過與高等真核生物比較,我們發(fā)現(xiàn):八肋游仆蟲核糖體蛋白eS30缺失了N端的類泛素結(jié)構(gòu)域,eL6缺失了N端的Ribosomal_L6e_N結(jié)構(gòu)域。另外,不同于其他高等真核生物,八肋游仆蟲酸性核糖體磷酸化蛋白uL 10為堿性蛋白。研究為進一步探討低等真核生物核糖體的組裝及功能奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In order to study the number and structural particularity of ribosomal protein gene of Euplotes octocarinatus, the cytoplasmic ribosomal protein of Euplotes octocarinatus was systematically analyzed by bioinformatics. A total of 98 genes were identified to encode 78 different cytoplasmic ribosomal proteins. Nineteen cytoplasmic ribosomal protein genes were duplicated, although all were functional, but the expression of one of them was restricted. In comparison with higher eukaryotes, we found that the N-terminal ubiquitin domain of the ribosomal protein eS30 and the N-terminal Ribosomals-L6eN domain were found to be missing. In addition, the acidic ribosomal phosphorylation protein UL10 is a basic protein, which is different from other higher eukaryotes. The study laid a foundation for further study on the assembly and function of low eukaryote ribosomes.
