【摘要】：為進(jìn)一步了解鲇這一廣布種的遺傳多樣性與種群遺傳結(jié)構(gòu),闡明該經(jīng)濟(jì)魚類的種群歷史動(dòng)態(tài),本研究對(duì)我國(guó)長(zhǎng)江(上游、中游)、珠江、福建、海南、遼河地區(qū)的野生鲇樣本進(jìn)行mtDNA Cytb基因序列測(cè)定與種群遺傳多樣性和遺傳結(jié)構(gòu)分析。結(jié)果顯示,在所分析的216個(gè)序列樣本中,共檢測(cè)出78個(gè)單倍型,其中Hap_45在鲇不同群體中分布最為廣泛;鲇總?cè)后w具有較高的單倍型多樣性(Hd=0.948±0.009)和核酸多樣性(Pi=0.017 99±0.000 55),暗示了其自然種群數(shù)量的相對(duì)穩(wěn)定;單倍型系統(tǒng)發(fā)育與網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系圖分析顯示,78種單倍型被分為4個(gè)分支,且不同單倍型分布相對(duì)集中,劃分為4個(gè)譜系。中性檢驗(yàn)與錯(cuò)配分析表明,不同水系野生鲇種群(4個(gè)譜系)在約晚更新世時(shí)期(0.04~0.05百萬(wàn)年)經(jīng)歷過近期種群擴(kuò)張事件。
[Abstract]:In order to further understand the genetic diversity and population genetic structure of Silurus meridionalis, and to elucidate the population history of this economic fish, this study was conducted on the Yangtze River (upper reaches, middle reaches, Pearl River, Fujian, Hainan, China). The mtDNA Cytb gene sequence, population genetic diversity and genetic structure of wild catfish in Liaohe region were analyzed. The results showed that 78 haplotypes were detected in 216 sequence samples, in which Hap_45 was most widely distributed in different populations of Silurus meridionalis. The total population of Silurus meridionalis has a high haplotype diversity of 0.948 鹵0.009) and a nucleic acid diversity of 0.017 9 鹵0.000 55, indicating the relative stability of its natural population, and the analysis of haplotype phylogeny and network diagram shows that 78 haplotypes are divided into four branches. The distribution of different haplotypes is relatively concentrated and divided into 4 lineages. Neutral test and mismatch analysis showed that wild Silurus meridionalis populations (4 lineages) experienced recent population expansion events during the late Pleistocene period (0.04 ~ 0.05 million years).
