【摘要】：為探討中國漢族人群的人類血小板特異性抗原(human platelet antigens,HPA)的基因多態(tài)性特點(diǎn)并對南北方漢族人群進(jìn)行比較,本研究合并了24個(gè)地區(qū)的28篇HPA基因多態(tài)性調(diào)查文獻(xiàn)中HPA-1、HPA-2、HPA-3、HPA-4、HPA-5、HPA-6和HPA-15的基因分型數(shù)據(jù),利用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法及相關(guān)軟件進(jìn)行整理,并對整理后數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果顯示HPA-1、HPA-2、HPA-3、HPA-4、HPA-5和HPA-6位點(diǎn)的a、b基因頻率差距很大且bb基因型頻率接近于0,而HPA-3和HPA-15位點(diǎn)的a、b基因頻率差距不大。南北方漢族人群的比較中,HPA-1和HPA-5的基因分型有所差異,而HPA-2的基因型頻數(shù)分布差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)。此結(jié)果旨在獲取人類血小板抗原基因多態(tài)性的特點(diǎn)并提供建立人類血小板抗原數(shù)據(jù)庫的相關(guān)資料,對臨床輸血的指導(dǎo)具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:To investigate the genetic polymorphism of human platelet specific antigen (platelet antigensus) in Chinese Han population, and to compare the genetic polymorphism of human platelet specific antigen (platelet antigensus) in Han population in the south and the north. In this study, the genotyping data of HPA-1, HPA-2, HPA-3, HPA-4, HPA-5, HPA-5, HPA-6 and HPA-15 were collected from 28 papers of HPA gene polymorphism survey in 24 regions, and the data were compared and analyzed by statistical method and related software. The results showed that the frequency difference between HPA-2 and HPA-4 HPA-4 HPA-5 and HPA-6 locus was very large and the frequency of BB genotype was close to zero, but the frequency difference between HPA-3 and HPA-15 locus was not significant. The genotypes of HPA-1 and HPA-5 were different in the Han population of north and south, while the frequency distribution of HPA-2 genotype was significantly different (p0.05). The aim of this study is to obtain the characteristics of human platelet antigen gene polymorphism and to provide relevant data for establishing human platelet antigen database, which is of great significance to the guidance of clinical blood transfusion.
